Apperance:Standing at the height of five feet seven inches the male is light skin toned. His body is medium built with well spaced out muscle. Hosting a well built six pack the male is very athletic and durable for heavy combat. His hair is spiked out and messy with thick locks that goes down to the spine of his neck. Being two different colors the frontal part of his head is white while the back is agua blue. In dim lighting the hair is easily mistaken for being black. The male's eyes are a black color with a brown iris in the center. The males is well balanced beign agile and strong enough to wield his favorite blade in one hand. The facial component of his face often make him look serious when h is thinking and other times he looks cool to all his female friends. Keeping a nice pearly white set of teeth behind tanned colored lips his voice is well balanced, not to deep and not to high pitched.Ryo's clothing consists of a white tank top, pin stripe patterns run down the shirt, similar to the ones worn by most Kirirgakure nin. Allowng his arms up to his shoulder are long blue sleeves, seperate from the shirt he wears, while near these sleeves, the tank top is a lighter blue. His lowers half is clad in shorts, these shorts cover part of his shirt and seemed to be buttoned, and have lrather large cargo pockets for his ninja tools, the inisde of these pockets decorated with a pin stripe pattern as well. The outer part of the legs is colored a dark blue, and the inside being black, the cuffs remain a light blue. Ryo's feet bear the tradidtonal kirigakure sandals, colored the same as his pants.

This contributes however to his intel gathering skills which are well regarded in kiri even by the mizukage To this day some of his past classmates now fellow ninja dont fully respect him and see him as useless shinobi because of his supposed lack of gen-jutsu skills and disregard for their village's customs.Ryo , in turn disrespects everyone except the mizukage , who he will only refer to as touya .

Land Of Orgin:Kirigakure (霧隠れの里, Kirigakure no Sato; Literally meaning "Village Hidden in the Mist") is located in the Land of Water. As one of the five great ninja villages, Kirigakure has a Kage as its leader known as the Mizukage. There have been five Mizukage, the current one being Mei Terumī. An unusually high number of missing-nin seem to originate from this village. A unique classification of ninja known as hunter-nin are specifically tasked with eliminating these defectors. The shinobi from this village are also very proficient with water release techniques.
Kirigakure's architecture is composed of several cylindrical buildings, with the Mizukage's palace being the widest and the largest. Like its name, the village is surrounded by a thick mist, with several mountains in the background, making it difficult to find by foreigners.

Chakra Natures:
Wind Release (風遁, Fūton; English TV "Wind Style") is one of the basic elemental nature transformation offensive-type techniques that allow the user to manipulate wind by shaping their chakra to be as sharp and as thin as possible, very much like the blades of a pair of scissors. The rarest of the five basic elemental chakra natures, wind techniques are suited for short-to-mid-range combatants, and combine brute force and precision to deal cutting and slashing damage. Despite its rarity, Wind Release is common to shinobi of Sunagakure.

Water Release (水遁, Suiton; English TV "Water Style") is one of the basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allow the user to manipulate pre-existing water, or create their own, by turning their chakra into water.It takes much more ability to create the water than to manipulate what is already available and expel it from their mouths.One of the most versatile of the five basic chakra natures, Water Release techniques can not only change shape but state as well. Moreover, the water becomes more solid in the process as well.The water affinity is common to shinobi of Kirigakure. The offensive water techniques commonly appear to do damage from the sudden force that they exert, which would cause massive internal damage to a human.

The Hozuki Clan:(鬼灯一族, Hōzuki Ichizoku) is a group of ninja that originated from Kirigakure.This clan possess the ability to turn their bodies into a liquid form using the Hydrification Technique. This ability however seems to require that they stay hydrated at all times so they tend to carry water bottles around with them. The two brothers are also very gifted swordsmen, and they are known as the Second Coming of the Demon.

At the begin of the world thier were thought to be Nine tailed beast roam the world with insane power and stregnth.Because of thier power they were sought by many people. the sanbi, referred to the 3 tails was wandering in a lake nearby the village hidden in the mist. the three tails was destroying everything in its path with what seemed as endless chakra.the 6th mizukage was confronting the dangerous beast.the power of the mizukages typhoon release was great but soon the mizukage was over-powered.the neighboring villages were already fed the information of the 3 tails and were on there way to capture the beast for their own. only one village stood out of the affairs, the village hidden in the leaves.already containing 2 jinchuriki and one untamed bijuu,the 4th 2nd and 9th tails the hidden leaf village had no reason to interefere.the village hidden in the stones,archenemy of the hidden mist contained no jinchuriki since the six tails was killed in a unfortunate natural disaster and it would take a few years to reform.the three tails was no match for the combined powers the mizukage and karuke and jenchi Hozuki the parents of Ryo and Ryu Hozuki.their powerful water release jutsu angel vapor release.This jutsu enabled its users to turn to vapor and reform werever they pleased.combined with the typhoon release they unleashed a fury of burning ,vapor freezing rain and thunderous waves they quickly subdued the giant beast in a seal preventing it from moving an inch till the day of its sealing into a host.right before the seal was completed the 3 tails was able to mortally wound karuke Hozuki,leaving jenchi to fend for herself.she was in labor 9 months after her fateful encounter with the three tails.she named her Twins Ryo and Ryu Hozuki after the fateful battlefield were her husband was killed,kuragi raigu lake.Ryo grew to be a reckless yet great shinobi passing the academy at age 4.at age 5 the mizukage (in his death bed ) chose who was going to be the jinchuriki of the 3 tails,it was supposed to be his sucessor his son but he died of a viral disease.Ryo Brother was suppose to be the Biju host because of his great talents and in honor of his father,his mother jenchi chose to do the sealing technique herself leaving a important letter for when he is of age 16 to a good friend of hers, the 2 tails jinchuriki.But what she didnt now it was a Regular genin from the kirigakure that she sealed it in for.

B-Rank Mission

At the age of seven Ryo became a genin with his brother.They both trained to exceed each other they raced trained with thier Kunai and chakra control Being top of thier team they both became Great genin.A couple of weeks past of doing d rank mission They were givin a B-Rank mission The mission was to escort a Princess To the land of the fangs.On this mission were Ryo Hozuki Ryu Hozuki Kira Suki and their Leader of the mission Mizuki Mamochi,They quickly packed and left for their mission Ryo was a Confident about this mission Heading out the village the two Hozuki's had a katana on their backs ready to roll out.As they walked Ryo felt a odd feeling as if something was wrong thier sensei stoped and gripped a kunai got in a ready postion he quickly yelled "Postion 62" The Squad quickly got in a Triangel formation with kunai's in their hands ready for any attack he began to look around with out moveing his head Ryo began to tremble freaking out not nowing what to do His brother looked over at him and said "i will protect you brother."Three shinobi appeared wearing hunter nin flat jakets and Demonatic mask Mizuki Looked over at Ryo & Ryu and said "I need you guys as back up" ryo and ryu Noded and leaped landing on thier sensei side Ryo grabbed his katana and his brother followed him.Mizuki chared jumping in the air clashing with the leader hearing the metal clashed the other two shinobi charged at Mizuki.Ryo jumped in the air With his katana stabing the shinobi Ryu jumped and clashed with the third Shinobi Ryo charged at him swinging his katana clashing with the rouge kunai ryu came from the side swinging his katana from the side the rouge leaped kicking ryo in the chest and kicking ryu in the head sending Him flying.Mizuki back flipped preforming Many hand seals Ox -----> Bird ------>rat ----> Ram "Water release:Ice Darts" Mizuki opened his mouth unleashing many Ice darts at rapid speed,The rouge quickly leaped droping his mask showing him self to be "The Legendary Monster Of The Iwa Tenshi Hikugame" in the air he preformed manu hand sign "Fire release:Great grand fire ball" Tenshi inhaled a deep breath and exhaled and Fire ball at mizuki.Ryo and Ryu got up and charged at the shinobi Ryo jumped sending a kick at his oppent neck while ryu charged with a kunai at his chest the rouge grabbed Ryo leg swing it at his brother,Ryujumped over his brother preforming a hand sign makeing two water clones h He and hs clones leaped in the air as he uttered the word "Hozuki Clan Massacer Techniqe." he began to to swing his blades as The rouge ,the rouge preformed two hand seal's "earth release:Earth wall'' a big wall fromed infront of him blocking the attack Ryo got up and charged again leaping useing his brother shoulder as a boost jumping over the wall swinging his blade slashing the nin on his shoulder knocking him out.Mizuki jumped back preforming a couple of hand seal as well as back flips he stoped and blue a water infused chakra to his kunai preforming water blade techniqe,Mizuki jumped towards tenshi swinging the blade towards it rib cage.Tenshi gripped a kunai swinging it countering the attack twisting sending a kick towards his neck, Mizuki grabbed his leg flipping him holding him in a upside down postion down stright down preforming the Tai-jutsu move none as Falcon drop landing him face frist,Mizuki then grabbed a kunai cutting his neck for an instant kill.After a Few Hours thry made it to their destanation completeing thier mission returing home.


The Chunin Exsames Begin

It was a Bright and sunny day in the Kirigakure Ryo woke up streaching while he got up and shook his brother Ryu,"Bro its time for sensei surpprise" Ryo said with a excited tone His brother woke up in a pissy mode "You idiotic Bitch" Ryo looked at his brother with a Pissed off aditude "Your the idiot lets go" The two twins got dressed leaveing thier home in the Hozuki clan Area in the mist.They began to walk to the Kirigakure Training Ground's Ryo & Ryu walked into it and training feild Seeing their sensei Mizuki "Hey sensei"The Two highly ranked genin said Their sensei replied "Hello guy's" They sat on the ground with their teamate Their sensei began to speck "Okay starting Tomorrow You Three Guys have a chance on competeing in the Chunin exsames hosted in the konohagakure you guy can enter only if you like but all three of ya have to join or ya cant enter" He stood their and waited for their respond Ryo looked at their sensei and responded "Im in" Ryu followed "Im in aswell." Their last teamate responded "Im in as well i suppose" she began to play with her finger's Mizuki nodded "Okay then go pack we will head out tomorrow" The Group nodded and separtated.Ryo & Ryu got home and found the two Hozuki clan blades none as "Mizukami" Mizukami is a Uniqe blade that was created by the The Hozuki clan's Leader of the mist their were two of the Mizukami witch repersented Yin and yang Ryo got the Yin witch repersented the good and his older brother by two minutes got the yang once their Father past this sword has a Uniqe ability to to change water's form. For example: Change water(Liquid into Water vapor or ice,It has a fourteen inch handel with a little Circle on top like the kunai with a three inch chain with the Water Nation Symbol on it the sword is 5'8 the same hight of Ryo.The two brother's smiled being intrusted with the Hozuki clan most prized wepon but what the two shinobi didn't now was Each blade were repersenting Ying and Yang Ryo got the sword of light while Ryu got the sword of darkness each blad had their own ability that were unlocked when a hozuki clan member master's the Hydration techniqe witch is the Hozuki clan's Primary Kekkei genkai.As they morining light beamed threw the curtin's Ryo woke up and woke up his brother and packed waiting at the village gate for their sensei and other teamate after 3 minutes they appeared and countinued thier way to the leaf.After Four day's they reached the leaf village and took a nice rest for thier Upcoming Chunin exsames frist round.The shinobi's woke up and appeared in a room takeing the written part At frist ryo was confused but then started to get the test he quickly scurred threw it watching the genin that cheated get taken away he was a little scared but wasent caught and passed the frist round with easy and waited a couple of day for thier second round of the chunin exsames.

The Forest Of Death

After a couple of day's squad 4 walked up the forest of death gate Ryo began to think "Am i going to die here" awaiting he gazed at the cage door opening every ninja their leaped into the forest looking for scroll's none as the Light and earth scroll's Squad 4 regrouped and found the earth scroll Ryo looked around with his squad after a couple of hour's they gave and camped countinueing the search they ran into three rain ninja's Ryu brother went frist easyly taken down two of them ryo killed the third member two hours later they ran into a squad of the konoha who had the Light scroll ryo decided to go frist againist their leader Arashi Sarutobi Ryo got in a fighting stand gripping his Sword He leaped in the air swing ing his blade at Arashi,Arashi also leaped clashing his kunai with the blade in mid air the two shinobi clashed so hard all the members heard were the two shinobi blade clashing hereing the sound of metal clashing with eachother the two shinobi jumped backed landing firmly on the ground chargeing again at each other clashing again.Ryo began to speck "Just hand the scroll and i wont kill you." Arashi responded with the same responce as Ryo,Ryo took a small leap kicking arashi in the ribs kicking him again in the neck sending him flying to a near by tree.Ryo landed firmly on the ground charging at him again,Arashi got up sending a couple of kunai's at ryo attempting to slow him down,Ryo gripped his own kunai jumping in the air dodgeing it swiftly throwing the kunai at Arashi should pining him down stabbing another kunai in his other shoulder wispering in his ear "This is the demon's second comeing"Grabbing his light scroll and began to walk toward's his group saying "Lets Go!" He then leaped into the thick forest with his squad.On their way to the tower a Gaurdian snake attacked from the side hitting Ryo & Ryu to the side makeing the two genin landing harshly on the ground.Ryo quickly got up and said "I am in no type of mood bitch" Ryo grabbed his sword jumping towards it with ryu as back up.Ryo cut his head of with a leathal cut and ryu cut him in half his a leathal shot in the stomach.countinueing on their way to the tower.Squad 4 finally appeared at the Tower where walking in the building registering as the second squad their.

The Chunin Exsames Battle Begin's
After the epic battle's in the frorest of death finally the real battle would begin,walking in the chunin exsames stadium Ryo notice all the people seenin the hokage and mizukage sitting in the stadium Ryo waited watching match after match until it was his turn but thier was a bad side his battle was against his own flesh and blood his older brother Ryu Hozuki.Ryo jumped from the stadium on to the battle feild and faced his brother He felt a wierd evil chakra in his brother as if he wasent the same what Ryo didnt now his brother was visited by the leader of the Reborned akatsuki Named Death Tenshi Unlocking the power of the dark blade witch his brother weilded The two brother gave it all bleeding from thier body's.But in the end Ryo one ending it all with his water prison justu knocking his brother uncounious after a couple of second's after being crowned Chunin he past out from over working his body.He awoke from his slumber and went to the Kirigakure alone loseing the girl of his team in the forest of death and his brother already left tp the kirigakure on his journey he met a rouge kirigakure nin witch tought him how to do the legendary Water Dragon techniqe and the Summoning techniqe he trained with the rouge over a year and returned to the kirigakure a better chunin.After a while ryo became a Jounin of the mist training on his jutsu becomeing a better shinobi trying to be like his brother witch became stronger since he been training with the akatsuki.

The Akatsuki Reborn!

After Three year's Ryo was sixteen,ryo mastered the Hydration techniqe and his swords ability it was a stormy night and ryo just came back from a mission.As Ryo returned home he saw his parent's dead as well as his clan he got into a Psycotic rage finding his brother with a red clouded clock and a evil chakra in him sitting in a chair in the ryo asked his brother "Did you do this?" Ryu responded "yes i did Brother" Ryo asked him again 'Why did you do this" instantly Ryu said "To test my power".Ryu sprung at his Brother with great rage and power screaming "YOU BASTERED" swining his blade towards his brother stomach,Ryu jumped int he air kicking sending a kick a ryo head,Ryo activated his hydration techniqe dodgein the hit grabing his brother leg throwing him to the other side of the room,Ryu got up and charged at him with grat speed kicking ryo in the ribs sending him flying breaking the House wall,Ryo cought up blood getting up,Ryu appeared behind him useing water prison trapping him in a water Vortex then he preformed a hand sign makeing lighting pure in the water orb shocking Ryo until he was knocked out.This was the rise of the new akatsuki this was a Reborned Akatsuki The member's of this akatsuki is still unknowned Except for thier leader Death Tenshi & Ryu Hozuki.

Description: A more advanced version of the Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu, the user gathers enough water to create up to five water clones. They act like normal water clones with one exception - there is a "limited pocket of Chakra" within them that, after being struck and start to break apart, releases and reconstitutes the Bunshin, making it seem as though the clone "broke into rain droplets, fell and remade itself." As a D-Rank ninja, each clone has a one "reconstitution" pocket, C-Rank has two, B-Rank has three, A-Rank has four, S-Rank has five. The name "Rainfall" was given because when they are struck they break into rain drops falling from where they were.

Description: Completing the required handseals, the user exhales a cloud of mist. This cloud is spewed out fast and over a wide area, the plume creating a large cone that envelopes all it touches. Enemy's caught inside this vapor find them selves being struck as if by whips, the user having infused his own chakra into the mist, controlling the water using Suiton no jutsu. These strikes rip through clothing and strike hard enough to draw blood from skin. Although the injuries are never fatal, the pain from these lashes can be enough to drive people into shock and at the very least it severely hampers muscle movement. It covers an area of 18ft long and 9ft at its largest point in the shape of a cone and remains stationary. This jutsu does not discriminate between friend or foe.

Assaku Yari forces an incredible amount of water into a space as wide as a tennis ball, projecting it outwards in a long stream using the extreme pressure, the user's chakra acting as container and cannon. This technique is capable of slicing through solid stone easily and even metal cannot resist this technique forever. However, this technique can slice through human flesh and bone like a hot knife through butter, especially considering the long range this jutsu can be performed at. Can travel up to 20 meters before it becomes harmless. This jutsu does not discriminate between friend or foe.

Description: Without a doubt the most fearsome Suiton the Hidden Village of Rain has. This technique is kept under lock and key, far away from all eyes but those of the Kage's, and with good reason.
To say this technique creates a localized typhoon would be something of an understatement. In fact, it creates a colossal typhoon: a colossal, roaming pillar of twisting water that guts the land and sows destruction with every inch of movement. Everything within the area of this enormous storm is sucked towards its epicentre. Nothing survives; the water is laced with swirling chakra and makes sure of that by dicing through all but the indestructible with reckless abandon. This jutsu lasts two posts and may be moved, excruciatingly slow by its user, in order to better direct the complete obliteration of whatever city you happen to target

Suiton: Hishou Ame Hari ( Water release: Soaring Rain Needles)

Effect: Manipulates water present to form a sphere that hovers in the air. Chakra is then gathered into the sphere and released. When released chakra infused "needles" of water shoot out of the sphere randomly in all directions. Needles disappear into water three seconds after impact.. Continues until all water in the sphere is used , then the technique is ended.

C-Rank: A small sphere about the size of a soccer ball , Needles are not as hard and sharp as Kunai's. Radius of Needles from Sphere is ten meters.

B-Rank: A Medium sphere about the size of large basketball , Needles as sharp as Kunai and as hard as Kunai. Radius of Needles from sphere is twenty meters.

A-Rank: Multiple Medium-Large spheres about the size of a medium size exercise ball. Needles sharper and harder than Kunai being able to puncture 5mm of tempered steel. Radius of Needles from Sphere is twenty five meters.

A-Rank Notes: Can summon anywhere from 1-7 Spheres Dependant on Chakra. Radius is from each individual sphere that can be summoned from water up to forty meters away. Needles will also disappear a minute after impact. Due to increased abilities for A-rank, chakra usage is substantially more than B-Rank.

Special :"Hand seals" (User will hold tiger seal and when released the Spheres will release the needles.
Drawback :Due to the randomness of the flying needles the user might also incur injury from being struck. The immense chakra used in the A-Rank version. Requires concise chakra control and concentration thus the user cannot effectively dodge attacks while using the Jutsu. Also must have water either naturally or through another Jutsu
Description: The user performs the necessary handseals and holds the tiger seal. The sphere(s) are then formed from an appropriate water source. The sphere hovers in the air above the water source it was created from while the user infuses it with Chakra. Once it is infused the user will release the tiger seal, the spheres will start rotating and needles of water hardened with chakra will shoot out randomly. The needles will keep shooting until all the water is gone from the sphere , once all the water is gone the Jutsu is ended.
Limit: Must have Suiton Release; Exclusive to ain shinobi, if not from there must be taught by someone who knows the Jutsu.

Water Style: Tornado of Water [Suiton: Mizu no Tatsumaki]

Effect: Creates a tornado twice the users height which can use its destructive abilities to many ends.

Description: A technique where water is made into a large spiralling vortex that spins around the ninja. This technique can be used both offensively and defensively. Often used offensively to attack the opponent, and defensively to deflect projectiles.

Kunai's:Kunai, along with the shuriken, is one of the most common ninja tools in the Ninja world series. It is a black dagger designed for thrusting and stabbing, though it can still do some damage if thrown despite not being designed for it, and is about the length of one's hand.

Shuriken:Shuriken, like kunai, are one of the more basic weapons seen in Naruto. They are sharpened, four-pronged metal stars, useful for throwing. Although small, they can be used to distract, pin down enemy shinobi, or if accurate enough, can be deadly. They have an open circle in the centre, used for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. The circle is also beneficial to the weapons overall aerodynamics, ensuring more accurate trajectories.

Exploding tags:Exploding tags are scraps of paper inscribed with a special writing, centring around the kanji for "explode" (爆, baku). Infused with chakra, they will explode after a set amount of time, remotely, or after being ignited by flame. The tags can be attached to a surface or wrapped around a weapon to be thrown at an enemy. They are very versatile and one of the basic ninja tools. Ninja can confuse their enemies by obtaining fake exploding tags. They work even under heavy rain
