Character applications and other creations

"This is where you will submit your characters for the Naruto RPG. After filling out the Character Template[Which is inside.], you will post your character and it will be reviewed by us RPG Mods. Simple, right? Once you receive two acceptances from the RPG Mods your character will be good to go. There is more information about this in the Naruto RPG Rules." [Note: Clan applications, Kage applications, Jinchuuri and etc can are to be submitted here ]
