Appearance: Jun stood at five foot nine and a half, and weighed one-hundred and eighteen pounds. Jun had been around the block once or twice and because of this had a few scars which told tales of their own. Most of his scars were on his torso. running from his left under am to the center of his ribs was one scar, another across right peck, and the last going across his abs.
Jun Had on his right hand a traditional hidden blade and on the left hand was a second one which symbolized he was a high level assassin regardless that he was only a chunin.His overall skill level could rival a hokage's but he determines to not fight one of them. To many haters coming after him.
Personality: Jun was a kind hearted man on a good day. Any other day and you'd find a slightly perverted man with a great sense of humor. Jun is often making more enemy's then he has friends due to the fact that he expresses what he likes. once jun engages in combat the man who was just saying stuff like" yo momma rode me like a horse last night!" Is now giving you death glares and hardly talking.
Perhaps this is because hundred of years worth of battle experience kicked in at once instant overriding the thoughts of a young boy. Jun was kind in his own way. As he grew older he realized that more and more of his old ability's were coming back. Due to this Jun was evenly the head assassin regardless of his age.
During these times he is having constant flashbacks causing him to change his mood or change his judgment. He could be a very talkative fellow and a few minutes later not talk at all. This could label him as mentally unstable And highly dangerous but most people know better then to put a bounty on his head. Jun is often times pursued by other assassins or bounty hunters for various reasons. A fight here, a death of a priest there, stealing money.
These are all factors of Jun's personality because of years as an assassin he knows only how to fight and steal. Some ask him if he would change it and try for something else but jun usually declines these offers and tells them he loves doing it. He then would normally hug them or pat them on the back stealing their money and walking away.
Traits such as these could only belong to someone who had been to hell and back. Perhaps the male acted out to get attention or to take attention away from something more important. The reasons for one's behavior are quite uncertain and are a close guarded secret to whom the traits belong to. Some people believe that characteristics of someone are passed down through his family and each person adds one more to the never ending chain. It is uncertain if this is true or false but judged from one's actions to another's reactions we can only guess that it's not that far off.
Through persistence and dedication Jun was slowly changing his personality into that of a fierce warrior. Though changing one's personality is incredibly difficult it would not be considered impossible. Already signs of Jun's new personality were showing as he was detaching from others and started to think at things in a more battle ready way. He was constantly testing himself with physical task's such as climbing tall towers with no chakra, and battling only using his weapons. Jun was also learning new Jutsu Most low profile but some not so much. Jun understood the need to go low-profile as to not draw to much attention to himself or to alert his target that he is in the vicinity.
Background: We go to a time about fourteen years ago. A four-hundred year old assassin sat their on his throne the leader of the entire order. The man had a spear though his left lounge as well as several arrows in his torso. Regardless of these wounds the male was talking calmly. talking to the one who killed him. "You killed me for my title. Little do you know I'll be back and the council knows i will be. You may have killed me but i will be reincarnated." The man on the throne was Jun in past life.
Jun was abandoned at birth in a forest. It was here that Jun had met his step father. Jun was trained since he could walk and had honed his skills immensely. At the age of ten an angry mob had come to kill the assassin that had lived at the outskirts of their village. When jun came back form his solo training he found his step-father dead on the ground in a puddle of blood. Jun went on a destructive rampage killing the entire village. the village had one-thousand residents and there were one-hundred royal guards alone.
Since then jun has become the head council leader. He had traveled to konaha several times and now has his base located underneath konaha. From here almost every assassin had been put into a squad depending on their skill and known ability's. Jun and the hokage had a business related friendship that was slowly growing into a true friendship.
Jun was currently finding new and talented warriors that could fill in spots for needed candidates or dead assassins. This was not an easy task as they needed to be young to destroy errr i mean hone their mind on the idea's of the assassin order. Most of the people jun has looked at they were a tad bit to old or showed little ability. Putting this aside there is a total of one member so far. This is because the order was getting started up again. the order has existed for almost one-thousand years. The order was dis-banned ten years ago since their was peace. They were viewed as "A threat to society and furthermore they have only brought pain and destruction in their wake."
Having been raised to kill in cold blood did just that on a multitude of occasions. Due to this the law has been a thorn in his side on a multitude of occasions. Jun been put in Around thirty-eight times and got out every-time. Jun was not proud nor ashamed if this long line of law breaking. It was what it was, him doing his job and being punished for it. He could do very little to stop the law from acting like they did and simple refused to change his less then acceptable behavior.
Jun had been sent on a total of 5 D rank missions, 12 C rank missions, 20 B rank missions, 33 A rank missions, and 57 S rank missions. Through these missions he has only had 2 failures and these were due to the target being surrounded by to many people. Most of his missions were done on a solo basis as he was sent on assassination strikes and ambushes. These were eaiser done when you did not need to worry about weather or not someone else did it exactly how you wanted.

1B- Water Style: Syrup Trap The user spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few meters, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channeling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand. Ram to Tiger
2B- Ninja Art: Hidden Mist Jutsu This displacement technique is a speciality of the ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it.- single ram
3- Chameleon Jutsu: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. However, the usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills. -Tiger
4- Water Transformation Jutsu: By liquefying the whole body at will, this technique makes it impossible to receive damage from physical attacks. From a single hair to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified at will. Be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack in a liquefied state, this technique boasts a high strategic value. Using this, the user can also re-shape their body parts for suitable situations. The only way to contain a user of this technique is to lock them up in an airtight container so they cannot move about. When the user passes out, they turn into a jelly-like state. As this technique turns the body into water, the user is vulnerable to lightning techniques (thought activated)
5-Steel Release: Impervious Armour -This technique allows the user to turn part of their body into black steel, making that part invulnerable. Hiruko states that blades do not affect him at all due to this ability (thought activated)

RP sample: Jun was walking through the streets of konaha and he passed many famous sights such as the raman bar, and the hokage's face mountin. The largers being that of Uzumaki Naruto. Jun was still new to the area as this was not his home village.Jun continued to wander till hearing the shouting of two people. Jun then ran to the nearest building and in an effort to save chakra he ran up the wall like a normal person and grabed a ledge. From this he pulled himself upwards and grabed onto the next thing a windosill. Jun knowing that these windows opened outwards he hurridly leaped up and grabbed the room and pulled himself onto the room and herd the scream yet again. This time jun jumped form roof to roof towards the screaming person. When jun landed the person was laying ont he ground in a pool of blood. Seeing someone like this reminded Jun anout his step-father but he decided that there would be time for these things later."Who did this to you?" He asked kindly. It was an old man proboly fifty by the looks of him. "Thieves and robers! Theives and robbers i tell you!" The man then died in Jun's arms. Jun having respect for the dead closed his eyes. "May you rest in peace and find true happyness in the void". Jun then picked up the man and carried him to the medical tent and left after handing him over to the Medics.
Jun went to slepe that ngiht wondering why an old man would be robbed. he had come to the conclusion that he obviously been an easy target as are most robbing casses. Jun woke up the next moring and after doing the uasuall-getting dessed eating and what not- Jun went outside and climbed to the top of his house and whatched the sun rise blisfully. Off in the distance Jun herd it once again. "Help me oh god please someone help!" it sounded like a women this time. "WEll this can't at all be good. How come no anbu ever hear these screams?" Jun pondered the question and began house jumping to the location. It was not far form the first attack showing that the criminal(s) are territorial. Jun on the way pulle dout a peice of paper and wrote down the following: Person was attack going after attackers~ Junchuuriki Hōzuki. Jun landed where the person lay and cheaked for vitals. The person was not bleeding heavily and proboly would live if given medical treatment. Jun pulled out a flair and lit it then left it close to the person for the anbu to see. Jun then hearing multiple people running and peopel being shoved chased after The crooks.
"Water Style: Syrup trap!" Jun poured some chakra into his mouth and blew out hard. The result was a stickly liquid goop the was aimed infront and beside the robbers boxing them off as jun was right behind them. "You five have some serious nerve attacking old men and ladies." Jun said these words with a hint of anger in his voice and he looked up to see the five male's draw their weapons. "Seems were trapped boys. Looks like we have to fight our way out." A chourus of yeahs came from the robbers and Jun simply shook his head at this remark. "I'll tell you fools what i won't use any weapon you can see on my at this instant. Just to give you fool an advantage." Jun then made a single ram hand sighn and smiled as fog began to come from the ground. "Hidden mist Jutsu." Jun then used his Water Transformation Jutsu to become water and used this to move behind the men and followed by solidating then using his Chameleon Jutsu to become purley invisible. Jun then drew his hidden blades and spun one man around and stab him in his eyes and threw him into the syrup in one motion. The man died with a small "Ungh" this noise alerted a man infront of his who slashed out in fear killing one of their own man from a slice ot the throat. The man fell down and fell at the feet of the other man. The leader of the group of men truned around his eyes wide seeing two puddles of blood. "St-Stay back i don't wanan kill you." The man then stepped backwards and got stuck in the syrup. he then looked to his right to see two of his men dead then he looked left to see two more dead. Jun then grabbed him by the shoulder and the usdden shock from this made the man pass out. By this time jun sent the fog directly into the air manking the letter H meanign help. Not a minute and a half went by and three anbu showed up. At this time jun had undone the syrup jutsu and was undoing th emist jutsu as the anbu took away the thugs. "The hokage would liek to see you." Some anbu who's mask head three swirls one purple, one red, and one green.
"Five thugs killed one death taken becouse of them. On behalf of me and the village hidden int he leaves we Thank you for takin care of this group of undisirables." These words were floating through jun's head from the meeting with the hokage. A simple thanky ou but comgin from the leader of a village he had just joined made jun realize that even though that his line fo work was one filled iwth sin. There was still good to be found in one such as Jun. Jun sat alone behind the monument for those who died in the shinboi wars. There were two of them know but neither one was more important. Jun then sighed and stood up as it was getting late. "Guess it's time for me to hit the hay." Jun walked off humming to himself his hand behind his head wondering......What should he eat for dinner?
