in the Naruto RP. Any additional fields are left to the player’s
moderation.Also note that characters from the anime are not allowed.

<br>Name: Gene Mitsuorugi- Netto Vage [ Note: No one knows Netto's real name.]<br>

<br>Appearance: Netto at first glance is a rather weak looknig individual with pale skin due to his body not absorbing the neccesary sunlight to produce a radiant color. However as to contrast with his weak looking appearance this male has some muscle about him, his arms, abs, legs, and neck muscles are apparent though he is not " Bulky". His hair is short and wildly styled, extending only to the middle of his neck, with an onyx shine with some reminents of blue in various locations within his hair. As far as clothing and accessories go Netto dons the standard Anbu aboutfit which consists of: A grey sleeveless plated vest, a black sleeveless undershirt with matching pants, and two pouches for carrying items. Inside of one of the pouches Netto carries 34 kunai and shuriken each, 24 explosive tags, 4 special tags, 3 summoning scrolls, and a sealing tag. While in the other Netto carries 8 extra kunai and shuriken, his unique sweet summoning scroll, and an extra pair of black leather gloves for the event that the ones he wears on his hands become damaged. Around his neck the male wears a loosly tied crimson scarf thus he is known as " Konoha's crimson asassin." Placed around his arms are two crimson arm warmers unique to his clothing. Alas the male also wore the standard black shinobi Tabi with red stirrups. Strapped to his back horrizontally was his famed Akumu blade. The blade itself had been approximately one meter long composed of pure alloy diamond the most durable materials in the shinobi world. The blade had a unique color as a special creation of Netto himself. The blade had taken the color of a dark blood red while the handle was wrapped in a black leather, forming a open diamond pattern. The inside of the diamond pattern was also red, thus making a red and black handle.<br>

<br>Personality: Netto for the most part was quite the easy going individual, though he was no fool. Displaying a child like mentality for over half of the time until provoked into seriousness which was extremely rare, infact had never been done before. Even in the face of adversity Netto still managed to play around with his opponents as though they wern't much to be afraid of, which brought many to either dislike him or question his character. In short this male was a mystery to everyone but himself.<br>

<br>Background: ~ Enter Netto Vage- the nonchalant individual!
Netto like any other individual had an easy childhood filled with hard training and studt of both the way of the Bushido Meiyo and that of the Shinobi art. His passion for the Shinobi outwieghted his passion toward the swordsmen thus compelling him to strive to become the greatest ninja the world would have breeded in a long time. His grandfather Toki Mitsuorugi had raised the young man in the art of the shinobi thus instilling in him the knowledge he needed to know about the shinobi world. through training Netto discovered he had the abilities of both his mother and father which of course was evident in his fast grotwth and accell in the usage of his Kekkai Genkai abilities. His grandfather taught him everything about his Kekkei Genkai and Elemnts thus prepairing Netto for the world. Having learned martial arts and even making his own variation of the skill, Netto was far more experienced than those of his generation and the generations before. His rate of growth backed by his intellect truly made him something worth fearing. Of course he started paying less attention to his abilities and more so to his passion. He wanted to join the shinobi villages one day and by chance he lived extremeley close to Konoha. Later on in his life would he find out that the Akita shine and Konoha had been ascociated with each other trhuogh training, as the area was used by many shinobi of the village to train and hone their skills. Netto met a young boy named Xavier whom he would befriend and ultimately create a strong bond with. The two even refered to each other as brothers with Netto being the younger of the two. Xavier and Netto both had the same goal to become shinobi of Konohagakure, thus they made a game out of it. Whoever was to become the greatest shinoi first would win. Ironically Xavier had become a shinobi a whole year ahead of Netto which though angering provided much needed inspiration for the young male to enter the ranks of Konoha a year later. Having mastered his trade the male was a young Genin while his friend Xavier was a Chuunin. Being a excellent shinobi Netto accelled through the ranks until he and Xavier were both Jounin elite ninja. Everything seemed had been fine up till Netto and Xavier had both been assigned solo missions. Netto came back while his friend did not. However what did come back to the village were Xaviers dying words. " Become the best ninja of Konoha little brother...." This left Netto in shambles for an entire year. Oddly enough the attack of Orochimaru durring the Chunin exams would occure a year afterwards, thus throwing the village in chaos as well as sealing Netto's involvement in the story. Since then a lot of time has passed, Netto has opened up to those around him though he still seems distant. His new goal is to become the Hokage of the village, honoring his brothers wish.<br>

Shinobi Level (Jounin/Chuunin/Genin): Hokage

Chakra Elemental Affinities (Fire > Wind > Lightning > Earth > Water > Fire): Mist, Lightning, Nano release.
<br>Nano release: Netto has created his own unique elemental release in which small nano like mechinisms roam all throughout his blood stream. These nano's could be used to nullify the effects of poisen or can be released into the atmosphere. Once in the atmosphere these nano's activate their explosive like attack mode of which could be used to attack either outside or inside the opponents body, since the nano's are so tiny they are ultimately invisible to the human eye. The nano's enter through the body via any openings on the opponents body, that includes the pours, nostrals, ears, vagnial area, penis area [ no homo] and underneath the fingernails. Once inside the nano's attack the blood stream and mainframe nerves of the human, or genetic make up of an individuals body thus killing them from the inside. Netto can choose to dentate these small nano's which would cause mini explosions within the body thus causing the opponent to deteriorate into nothing. In actuallity the nano's have limitless functions in which they can be used, it all depends on the situation and how Netto uses them. <br>


Kekkai Genkai/Bloodline Limit (1 per character): Mist munipulation [ 2part Kekkai Genkai]- Netto holds the ability to munipulate the mist element to his whim as a result of his father and overall family tree posessing this imparticular skill. He would assume that this may be the family clan lineage but he has no knowledge about it other than his unique ability. However this was not the only thing the male inhereted from his family. He has been passed down the Yuganda me eye Gekkei Genkai which allows him to create distortions of himself, entities around him, the overall area, or otherwise unique illusions for which most would classify as Genjutsu. The thing about this trait is that unlike Genjutsu it cannot be broken through expelling chakra. In order to release the illusion one must inflict sever damage upon themselves for this type of optical technique is somewhat similar to te Tsukuyomi in which escape by normal means is otherwise unlikely. Netto's variation of the Yuganda me remains the most unique forhis eyes take on a sky blue color when in its full powered form. While the others take on a dark green hue. He possesses the only eye ability with no notable change in eye color or form upon shifting through the different stages, meaning his eyes remain black until entering the final stage of his Yugande me in which he can transport himself and another individual into a black void for one on one fighting. However, the male would not be able to use the ability again for three days since he has not yet mastered the ability yet. Once mastered Netto would be able to use his Yugande me's full power for an entire weak without down grading to a lower version to rest. Much like the other Optical traits Netto has been granted the ability to view things in a much slower fashion when using this ability, thus making his optical prowess far greater than a normal shinobi.
This is possibly the most powerful ability your character will ever
have, and will be the centre of many, if not all of his/her jutsus.
Kekkai Genkai are unique and hence cannot be copied by anyone. Please
try to make your Kekkai Genkai to stand out as much as possible from
your colleagues’ bloodline limits. Basically kekkei genkais except 'Rinnegan" is not allowed.You'll need to seek admin permission for that one.

Jutsus (Jounins start with 8, Chuunins with 5 and Genins with 3):
This is the most difficult part when creating your sheet. Ingenuity is
welcome but please do not go overboard, else your sheet will be
rejected.
Your character starts with the following jutsus that do not contribute to his/her starting jutsu count:

1- Bunshin no Jutsu: A technique that allows the user to create a set of illusionary clones in the area.
2- Kawarimi no Jutsu: A substitution technique that if used effectively
can limit the amount of damage your character can receive.
Character Jutsu as of now[excluding the ones already preset.:
<br>1.Mist release: Damnation- This is the first stage of the complete Damanation attack. In this stage netto weaves a quick intricate pattern of handseals summoning forth the great elemental gaurdian known as Golem. This imparticular summoning is similar to Itachi's Amaterasu in appearance for it takes on the form of a giant demonic like pit bull standing roughly fourty five thousand feet high. This imparticular summoning has two heads each of which spews a diferent element from its mouth. The right head spews Suiton elemental releases, while the left spews Raiton.<br>
<br>2.Damnation stage two: Upon suummoning the twin headed pit pull the summoner can choose to either split them in half ussing their elemental releases seperately or simply use a combination od both elemental releases. Once the two halfs are split in half a completely new body reforms to replace the half that they lost, they can also rejoin together if neccesary. The two halves once split apart can act as an elemental bomb thus creating an explosion which would be the equivilant of a single atomic bomb. However this is only at the whim of the user for he could munipulate the explosion to insteaad produce a highly concentrated mist thus activating his Gekkei genkai in another way.<br>
<br>3.Damnation stage three: Upon creating the explosion depending on what the user being Netto chooses to do with the explosion before it happens this stage of the technique would be implemented. Once the dog[s] exploded they do not fade simply they merge in with the mist . Placed on standby until Netto himself surged some of his chakra through the mist itself. Once the Dog[s] recieved Netto's chakra signature it would emerge from the mist, however it would not be alone. Along with the single dog that had been formed in the first stage of the jutsu ninety nine more dogs came along with. Thus creating a hell hole for the opponent. Each and every last one of these dogs possessed all of the original abilities of the first which of course could be used how Netto saw fit.<br> .
<br>4. Kirigakure no jutsu- Like the original version of this technique a thick unmovable fog is created which renders the opponents sight to absolute zero. However Netto when expelling his nano's into the mist can use them to act as sensors thus giving him the ability to know everything within the mist. He can also munipulate the mist to reduce oxygen in a certin area or multiple areas by making the mist thiin choking the opponent suffocating them.<br>
<br>5. Raiton- mist colaberation- Requiem- Creating a thick enhanced mist out of both his chakra and the water vaper within the air Netto prepaired the rest of his attack. Once engulfed within the mist Netto would run his chakra through the mist expelling a vast amount of Raiton chakra, since mist was technically water the lightning would react to it surging all throughout the mist thus electrocuting his opponent to death. As a counter measure Netto contained stored of Raiton chakra within himself as to make sure the mist had been familiar with his chakra signature. Thus rendering him unharmed by his own technique.<br>
<br>5. Chakra- The basis of all that is life within the shinobi world. Netto possesses the ability to enhance his speed, power, agility, focus, and abilities by focusing his chakra.<br>
<br>6. Chidori- Focusing a portion of his chakra into one or both of his hands Netto creates a raging colum of electricity within the palms of his hands. When using this technique Netto increases his speed as to propell himself forward for the initial strike. If the opponent is struck with this technique depending on the place of impact they could bleed to death or die instantly.<br>
<br>7. Kuchiyose no jutsu- Twin headed dog. Netto would focus his chakra into the palms of his hand slaming them down upon the ground in which he would then expell a vast ammount of chakra from his hands to create a large dog roughly the size of three four story houses. The dog can utilize fire elemental nature attacks which is perfect for Netto since he himself cannot. Along with fire the dog can also use Netto's elemental affinities. This dog can be used in multiple ways and as a bonus it can shrik depending on how much chakra in put into the summoning. If a small ammount of chakra is put into it the dog will emerge with a single head. In this form it can only be used for tracking.<br>
8. (Suiton: Suijinheki) - Water Style: Water Encampment Wall-This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. This wall of water is especially effective at stopping fire techniques. The wall can be formed from a preexisting water source or by spitting a protective stream of water from the mouth.
9. (Suiton: Koukasuijin) - Water Style: Hard Water Spike-The user generates a huge, highly condensed spike of water around their arm that drills opponents into the ground (No water source required).
**To become a Kage of a Village with no Kage, you must fill out the

Rp Sample:Nettovage: [ Netto Vage .] Things had been somewhat boring within the village hidden in the leaves or rather Konohagakure as it was called virtually meaning the same thing with a fancyier name. People of all ages were out and about doing dog knows what throughout the village, though none of it actually posed any signifigance to the furtherance of the village itself. In truth everything was fairly slow, the type of atmosphere that could make people forget who or what they were. Utter boredom filled the streets as well as the eniter area itself. Though i had been some what late already many people still layed asleep within the confinments of their homes, tucked sloppyly underneath the sheets of their beds. Breathing rather soflt slept one male inparticular. Small liquid droplets of saliva hung in the right corner of his lips falling down to his chin before impacting his pillow with a soft unheard thud. Groaning the man turned over facing the wall pressing his forehead on it feeling the brief chill of the wall having been naturally cold within his home. The paint of the white wall seemed to chip someone in one of the places on it with a small brown nail head sticking out from the walls surface. Letting out a soft sigh within his slumber the male turned over yet again to the northern side of his bed. From where he was laying the northern side was the edge of the bed that had not been protected by the wall thus his left hand fell to the ground into a puddle of water of which he had laid down the night before just incase he had gotten hot. By now the water had long since warmed and brought an irritating annoying feeling to the male causing him to tip the bowl over spilling it onto the wodden candace that was his floor. Even with the loud clanking of the bowl tipping on its side and the water splashing out onto the floor was not enough to wake the male. While the male slept a raven would have flown into the males window which he had left open for just that very purpose. The bird had dropped a letter of notice protaining to some event in which the male had been scheduled to take part in. Through the sounding of a sharp high pitch buzzing noise only would the male awake from his slumber having had no real dreams only wondering endlessly in limbo of which had been the darkness he saw each time he closed his eyes. Sitting up quickly from his bed the male tossed the coveres off of him, placing his foot down instantly stepping into the puddle of which he had knocked over unconsciouslly in his Slumber. " I wonder what random suprises my life has in store for me today." The male uttered to himself stepping out of his bed taking his stance above his bed, or rather he had been standing next to it. Quickly the male made his way into the bathroom in which he would shower , brush his teeth, and take care of his usual every day hygene. Once he exited the bathroom he began pondering on if he should wear his shinobi outfit or just his standard clothing. After all he had nothing planned for the day. It would be at that moment in which the male noticed the wravvled up scroll that had been placed at his window seal by the raven who had made its appearance just ten minutes before he awoke. Walking over to the window the male picked up the letter and read it after unrolling it of course. Note: ' Greetings Netto tis letter is a notice that your match in the tournament is today. The match will be held as soon as all of the participants arrive. Please do not keep us waiting. ~ Tournament staff. Upon finishing the letter Netto stood in place for a moment having went brain dead briefly before coming to his senses. Without responding much other than a slight smile Netto played it off fairly well. He was in panic, he was sure the other participants had arrived already. Even if they didn't he didn't like making others wait, he thought it to be dis-respectful in a sense. Laying out his clothing and accesories on his bed, Netto started to pick the materials he would bring. First however he put on his clothing. Netto's attire consisted of a sleeveless thin armour greyvest capable of withstanding small scale dammage much like a bullet proof vest. A black sleeveless undershirt, Black matching pants which cut off at the knees due to his red stirrups which expanded all the way down his legs to his ankles wrapping around his feet where his black shinobi sandles were. A red scarf tied loosly around his neck, red arm warmers, a pair of black leather gloves with the Konohagakure insignia just above the knuckles in metal plating. And his Fox Anbu mask which hung lazily on the left side of his face for now. Having put on his clothing it was now time to grab his accesories. Picking up two brown pouches from his bed Netto filled one of them with 24 shuriken, 11 kunai, 13 explosive tags, two summoning scrolls and a single smoke trap tag which could be used to contain summonings triggered by Proximaty or other means. While in the other pouch Netto carried sevenettovage: extra kunai, three extra shuriken, a special summoning scroll marked with the Kanji for sweets, and an extra pair of gloves. There was one last thing the male needed before his departure. Walking over to his dresser Netto picked up his famed Akumu blade from its stand. This blade was a a length of one meter long while it had been five inches wide. Composed of alloy this blade was extremely durrable, otherwise the ideal killing weapon. Its natural blade color was a crimson red with the insignia of Gene Mitsuorugi on the very edge of the blade on the right side. Though many thought this was some company or manufacturing place this had infact been Netto's true name though no one knew this. The hilt of the blade had been styled somewhat uniquely in the shape of a cresent moon, along with this both parts of the blade were equally sharp though it still maintained its defensive properties. Having taken everything he needed Netto looked again at the scroll in which the notice had been delivered to see if there was a location. Indeed there was. The battle was supposed to take place in a vast forest some miles away from Konoha, it would take Netto roughly fourty five minutes to get there by normal means. Leaping out of his window, Netto walked slowly toward the tournament area. Of course this had been when he landed upon the hard concrete ground. Taking in the sights one last time before departing for the short cut to the area which would ultimately cut his arival time in half. Making his way to some small village checkpoint just outside of Konoha to the north. This infact was the short cut. By taking this road Netto would arrive in the area roughly in twenty five minutes. Upon reaching the area he would find that he made it just in time to catch one of Musei's rambles about some battle he had some time ago. Though he was lost as to exacly what the male was saying once he heard fish he simply nodded his head in agreement. Unfortionately Netto had forgotten one thing from his home. His small fork in which he uses to eat his cake. No matter he would simply eat with his hands should he decide to summon up his sweets durring the battle. His attention diverted to the passing clouds overhead. He wanted so badly to just drift away like them, maybe then he could enjoy some relax time away from the missions and old routines. Alas Netto had made his way to the designated battle area and had little to worry about. Sitting down in a criss-cross formation he awaited the arrival of his opponents. (5 Paragraphs)
How you became a Kage: Netto had been serving as a anbu black op for atleast a few months to a year at most. He hadn't really given the position of Hokage much though, this was because he didn't feel like he could bare the restrictions on his freedom. Besides the responcibilities were way to much on his shoulders. In any case, becoming Hokage had not really crossed his mind. While on a routine escapade mission for Konoha to observe the development of the land otherwise outside of the village netto recieved word that he was to report back to the Hokage prior to completing his mission. Netto, after noting down the lands progression did as he was told heading back to the Hokage's quarters where the current hokage at the time Musei Haretsu awaited him. The two individuals ran conversation for a while discussing things about the mission and future goals. Even though Musei was the Hokage and held a high position in power than Netto the two had always been closest friends, and even shared some childish moments together. Like back when Netto had almost blew Musei to peices durring a team spar by throwing a explosive Kunai two inches from his cheek then detonating it. The two males talked for approximately an hour about things they would have normally been unable to due to tha constant mission assigning and the upcoming Chuunin exams. Musei then unexpectedly resigned his position as Hokage naming Netto Hokage in his place. "Netto, you're to lead the new generation into the future. I know you have what it takes. Lead the people of this village well, love them as if they were your own as I have done to you and everyone else that resides here. This is it, this is your time to shine." Musei had spoken to Netto before leaping out of the window of the building in a child like manner which of course threw Netto off. Thinking he was not serious at first Netto went to search for Musei but was stopped by the council who appointed him back to the Hokage's quarters. From then on Netto served as the Eighth Hokage of Konohagakure, doing his best to honor Musei's words to him. He had also held the spirit of his brother Xavier within him further strenghthening his resolve. ~ The Next Hokage: Netto Vage of Konohagakure.

Nicely done, But it says he became the Hokage after sarutobi, whereas the rp takes place in a time after the Death of the great sage of Six paths, sarutobi is far from being born DX . Please edit the last part of how he became a Kage.
