Applying
All
members who wish to apply for Jinchuriki require Admin permission. Simply pm one of us to notifying your interest and
attach an RP sample along with it. Here are some additional things you

BIJUU AND THEIR HOST

Since
the very first dawn of the this world there have been creatures roaming
the lands with unspeakable horrid power to the extent that early man
dared call these creatures gods. In total there were nine of these false
gods with each of these having a certain number of tails seemingly
representing their rank among themselves or their status of power. The
fewer the tails then the weaker the beast was it would seem then the
rest of its kind, this would be the main trait that gave these gods
there name; Bijuu or The Tailed Beasts. Though these beasts possessed
great power and raw chakra, they were only that, just great masses of
chakra. Like the animal driven beasts they were they did not have the
intellect to function or think as a human would. They had the power to
completely destroy the world, but without the intellect they were
nothing much more than over-powered monsters.

With that
intellect, nations began to research ways in controlling these beasts
for their own reward, and this gave rise to what is known as Jinchuuriki
"Power of Human Sacrifice". The sealer would give their life to bind
the soul of the demon to the host, and together they created a
Jinchuuriki. These Jinchuuriki were created to be heroes and powerful
warriors for their village, but the councils of the numerous village
didn't expect the side effects of having a demon taking residence in
your body. The Jinchuuriki's personality and body were altered by their
Bijuu, and many were unable to properly control their bijuu, and began
to go on violent rampages, induced by fear or anger. The men and women
of many villages began to shun the Jinchuuriki, because it is hard for
people to forgive and forget the Bijuu who slaughtered their family and
destroyed their homes. To them, instead of seeing a person, they instead
only saw a beast.

Even though some Jinchuuriki didn't meet this
fate, feared or loved, they still existed as outcasts. No man or woman
aside from another Jinchuuriki could understand the painful and mind
altering effects of being possessed by one of the Bijuu's powerful and
influencing auras. While their demon prisoners gave them immense power
and the potential for great and wondrous deeds, many never learned to
control their Bijuu's. Those who did, however, become vastly powerful
and influential in their home village. As each Jinchuuriki failed a new
one would be forced to step up. As the sealing abilities improved over
the decades the beasts were finally beginning to be tamed and were being
controlled successfully by their hosts.

THE PRISON BARS

The
type of sealing that holds your Jinchuuriki's Bijuu in is very
important. To make things simple on SFL we have gone with
the simple version of sealing and its methods. The techniques listed
below must be used to either seal a bijuu into a person to become a
jinchuuriki, or to release the bijuu from that jinchuuriki allowing the
bijuu to roam free. All Jinchuuriki must have either one of these seals
as the seal that has contained their bijuu inside of them, they are
listed below;

Depending
what the specific bijuu and host the area in which they will "see"
their bijuu trapped after unlocking the Lucid Dream State will vary. For
Example, The Kitsune is trapped behind a large caged box and Naruto
see's this in a dark intestine-like area with a pool of water foot deep.
They all vary and your bijuu may be contained within a box, cube, jar
on the top of a mountain or icy tundra etc. It is all dependent on the
own hosts memory and unique thoughts. We would like this to be noted
somewhere on your application as it is quite a cool touch and will be
interesting to read!

OBTAINING A BIJUU
If
one successfully survives the process of having the bijuu sealed within
their body, they will gain access to a range of different abilities
that can be unlocked by tapping into the power of the Bijuu inside them.
Each Bijuu comes with its own chakra supply, dramatically adding to the
power of the user and there control over the Bijuu. Each user comes
with their corresponding 'tailed' forms, but also comes with a 'Solace
Mode' to accessing power not yet mastered. The more tails that are
unlocked the more potential for destructive power the host has.

Firstly,
the bijuu on the most part have been created by the administrators on
Ultimate Shinobi. If you wish to acquire a bijuu then you can choose
from the list and if you are good enough you will be able to have it.
The only requirement is for you to show that you have the skill and
dedication that is required to obtain a bijuu for personal use. This is
done through writing an elaborate history of how your character was
first 'introduced' to the bijuu. This history will need to include such
things as how it was sealed within you, the story behind why you were
chosen, how this impacted your life, your families and peers. And did
you want this to happen? This history had no word requirement but it is
expected to have some length. Administrators are really looking for
something that is well written, exciting, interesting, detailed and most
importantly fits in with the sites history and storyline (as it is easy
to go off into a tangent of demons, dragons and flying pigs).

If
staff approve your history then the bijuu will be yours! From then you
go to character creation where you will create your character around the
bijuu. One must create an entirely new app of a character that holds a
Bijuu, this is why we recommend you apply for the bijuu before you start
a character. The character must start at the lost rank available in
your chosen field and cannot have any sort of Kekkei Genkai ability. In
the app must be a 'sealing' and 'Bijuu' arc that holds the details of
how the Bijuu was found, captured and then sealed into the character
(your written history). Though this is the easiest of ways to obtain a
Bijuu, one must realise that the app will be under heavy scrutiny, and
can easily be denied if the history or detail in the app isn't adequate.

The second way, is via RP. Once sealed, it becomes possible
that others can steal the bijuu from the host. The most common way of
doing this is to kill the host and re-capture the bijuu as it escapes
resealing it in the user or another target. Other more specific ways of
extracting a Bijuu can be made possible via customizations. Current
hosts are always in danger of being attacked. If these bijuu are sent to
roam free then it would be near on impossible to find their location.
This brings us to the third, and only other way a bijuu could be
obtained.

If a bijuu is sent loose into the world then their
location would be classed as 'unknown'. Staff would then disclose their
locations via contest or announcement. The Staff may release
announcements of locations of a found bijuu, in which one will have an
opportunity to Roleplay in that area to possible defeat, capture and
seal a Bijuu. Anything goes in such topics, thus approach with caution,
however let down your guard and show mercy, and a Bijuu may escape.
Contests may also be held, where the trophy is one of the prized Bijuu.
Stay active and check the Announcements and Contest areas for
opportunities to find a wild Bijuu if they escaped. But this would be
deemed as rare on the site, as we promote bijuu as jinchuuriki not
roaming free in the wild.

TAMING THE BEAST

OBTAINING TAILED FORMS
Each
individual form must be mastered before it can be used freely by the
user. However, there are different ways to obtain such mastery over each
tailed formed. Each tail can be trained individually in a a single
topic. Thus, a lot of hard training and work has to go into developing
the power of the bijuu These training topic however, cannot be private
and thus others could use it as an opportunity to attack if one isn't
careful. To master a tailed form there is a minimum word count required
that is listed below;

One Tail: 1000
Two Tails: 1500
Three Tails: 2000
Four Tails: 2500
Five Tails: 3000
Six Tails: 3500
Seven Tails: 4000
Eight Tails: 4500

These
word counts may seem very large but so is the destructive power gained
through the access of a bijuu. So, if you were to train for a the
One-Tailed form, you must undergo a training regimen of 1000 posts.
Next, if you wish to train the Two-Tailed form, you must train an
additional 1500 words, so on so forth. Thus reaching you're maximum
number of tails could be a difficult and long journey, as it should be.
But the power one attains from them is worth the effort.

Now that
we've discussed how to achieve a tailed form, its time to learn the
power one attains while being within that powerful state. The tailed
form grants the user additional power by having their chakra further
influenced by their bijuu. For every tailed state the user enters, their
physical stats are increased by 10%, making them considerably stronger
than normal. The more tails one attains when in their tailed state the
more physical and mental qualities they gain from there bijuu. A ninja
can enter their first few tails and imply have a bubbly red chakra
shroud, or enter higher tailed states and almost appear to be a
miniature version of their bijuu.

LUCID DREAM STATE
The
first ability a Jinchuuriki can unlock from its Bijuu is the ability
known as the "Lucid Dream State". This is the ability to essentially
suspend time and enter ones own mind where they can confront the Bijuu
and communicate with it. This is where the jinchuuriki can come into
contact 'face to face' with the bijuu that is contained inside of them.
The means of communication is like that of normal circumstances, the
bijuu will act and react in a fashion which the user can respond to in
'real time'. This is where the jinchuuriki will get a taste of their
bijuu's true nature and personality and the foundation of their
relationship will start and finish. However, how the host perceive's
where they communicate with the bijuu is up to their personal
subconscious. The location will be unique to every host and their bijuu
but they will all have a similar aspect in common, the bijuu always has a
fortification around them which represents the seal in work preventing
the beast from letting loose in the hosts mind and then espacing (e.g
The Kitsune is trapped behind a large caged box and Naruto see's this in
a dark intestine-like area with a pool of water foot deep).

For
one to train this ability they must first be in a state of calm usually
in a meditating position. The first stage of controlling this ability
is to become so relaxed within yourself that you are able to enter your
mind freely, allowing yourself to 'see' your bijuu and communicate with
them. THe host must make sure to maintain this their calm nature as if
they lose their concentration for even a second they will snap back to
reality. Also, the first time a host enters the bijuu will most likely
be very confrontational and try and scare their host off. This makes it
very difficult for first time hosts to get the grasp of and this can
take many weeks even months to master. Thus, members must create at
least two topics of training to master this stage of training with a
minimum word count of 1000 word combined (the 1000 words can be split
any which way between topics). When this is complete jinchuuriki's are
able to confront and communicate with the bijuu but only in a
non-combative situation (i.e out of a fight). When they fully mastered
the "Lucid Dream State" which requires another single 1000 word topic
they are able to communicate with their host in any situation as they
can switch in and out of their mind instantly. This allows them to
contact their bijuu in battle.

CONQUERING THE BEAST WITHIN
This
is the ultimate form of mastering the power of the Bijuu. Once mastered
the host is able to completely take control and harness the bijuu's
chakra in it's purest form, fundamentally, completely taking control of
the bijuu. Firstly, the host must enter a state of clam and
self-relaxation much greater than that of the Lucid Dream State, and
this nirvana is usually achieved underneath a waterfall. The host must
sit underneath the waterfall ie. on a platform and close their eyes, and
they will be able to see who they truly are on the inside. While doing
this, they will be greeted by another version of themself, who will
berated the host on the most sensitive and heartfelt internal issues
within them. This is referred to as their "Dark Alternative". The host
and their "Dark Alternative" must have a confrontation to defeat the
other to gain control. This doesn't necessarily have to be a physical
fight as some jinchuuriki have been known to mediate their victory. Once
the victor is decided, one of the entities being destroyed, they will
then become the 'pure' self of the host. For this to be achieved the
member must at least post a topic of 1200 words.

The second
stage is an actual physical confrontation with the tailed beast inside.
Each country has a corresponding sacred or religious temple which has
'other' wordly properities to it. The host must travel to this
destination to come into contact with their bijuu inside of them as a
medium for their direct communication. Here they are able to not only
enter their conscious but also their subconscious. They will enter a
white room where the user will sit down and enter their subconscious.
This ultimately bypasses the seal which protects the host from their
bijuu, thus, the instance they enter their subconscious they must be
ready for an attack from the bijuu as they know that this only means one
thing, the host wants to take control. The host is able to use any
non-bijuu related techniques to subdue their bijuu. If the host can not
control and beat their bijuu then the tailed beast will take control
over their body until they completely taking over the host, killing
them.

This can be visually apparent from external bystanders who
will literally see the bijuu and its chakra envelope the host if they
cannot control it. It is incredibly overwhelming. Thus, this can only be
done once and is a life/death situation, there can only be a single
outcome. You live or you die. The victor will be the entity which can
completely suck dry the other targets chakra adding it to themselves.
This is done through physical contact with the target, but obviously
they must be weakened first to even get close. Once successful the
losers chakra will completely separate from them and merge with the
victor rendering them completely useless. If the host wins the bijuu
does not die, it must be resealed once again within its fortification,
but it is fundimentally of little threat to the host anymore. Depending
on the relationship and the personality the bijuu the host/bijuu
relationship maybe different and the bijuu may be willing to work in
unicen with the host. Thus, they do not have to physically fight and
only the first stage of this process needs to be complete. But note that
this may be a risky decision. If the host willingly allows itself to be
open with the bijuu, lowering the barriers of its seal, they can easily
be deceieved and taken over by the bijuu killing them.

To gain
this final stage of Conquering the Beast Within the host must be an
S-ranked ninja on Ultimate Shinobi. Also, there is no real word limit on
this section as the bijuu will be classed as an NPC and played by
either a Mission Moderator or an Admin if they wish to do so. If you
think that you are just going to simply say "Oh me and my bijuu have a
great relationship so it is just willingly going to let me control it's
chakra." then you are wrong. Each bijuu as a specific personality and if
it is like that of the Nine Tailed Fox then you it most impossible that
it would let you take control of it, so a fight is inevitable. This
will be closely monitored by staff. But if the jinchuuriki is successful
they will take on the ultimate power of the bijuu and will be able to
completely harness their chakra as if it was their own. The amount of
power they would gain is astronomical, thus, the process is incredibly
tedious and difficult.

UNIVERSAL JUTSU & TRAITS

Description:
This is a charged blast of pure chakra that will shoot out in a linear
path from either the bijuu or the host's mouth. The effect will be a
destructive ray shooting through anything it comes in contact with and
causing massive damage. The severity of the attack and thus the its rank
is a reflection of how many tails are present on the host or bijuu.
Bijuu that have fewer tails are thus limited to the weaker versions of
this attack. i.e 1-3: B
4-6: A, 7-9: S.

Jutsu Name: Chakra Discharge

Type: Jinchūriki/Bijuu
Description:
With this technique, one will mix their own chakra with that of the
bijuu for only an instant. In this way, they can shake any short of
illusion that may have a bind on them much like a Kai would. Though it
takes chakra to perform, one can successfully lift any sort of Genjutsu
from them with this technique instantly, as and chakra that was used to
cast the illusion will be devoured by that of the bijuu's chakra. This
is the common way that a bijuu can alert the host of an incoming or an
effective jutsu.

Name: Tailed Beast Chakra Arms

Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+)
Type: Jinchūriki/Bijuu
Description:
This an ability a jinchūriki is able to perform when in a tailed form.
They can create a large menacing arm from their bijuu's chakra which
they can freely control. The size of the arm is dependent on the amount
of chakra put into the technique, and they are able to manipulate it by
mimicking the arms movements with the equivalent hand gestures. By doing
so they can cause the arm to move in any direction they wish at great
distances depending on its ranking. The arm can serve as a grappling
hook to either grab onto objects or enemies, or for more offensive
purposes by inflicting fatal burns to anything it touches. It is
relatively the size of a small boulder. At C-Rank the arm can extend
close range, B-Rank the arm can extend mid range and at A/S-Rank the
jinchuriki can extend their chakra arm in long range.

While in Bijuu mode, one can only advance a single tail per post. One must start in the single tailed form..
One cannot use jutsu of the bijuu if they do not meet the same
requirements. C-ranked shinobi will be unable to use the 'B' ranked
jutsu of the Bijuu. Shinobi with fire and wind affinity will be unable
to use water affinity techniques etc.
If the Host dies, the Tailed Beast will be released in the wild. In which cause they must be obtained in the ways stated above.
If the Host is defeated while in Bijuu Mode, they will be knocked unconscious and neutralized.
Sealing of beasts requires the ability to use Fuuinjutsu as a main or
sub, along with the 'S' ranked techniques required to seal that beast
displayed above.
Inactivity, God Modding, Abuse of ability
or otherwise lack of RP skill can result in the loss of ones Bijuu. Such
violations will lead to a staff vote in which the problem will be
judged. Staff vote decisions are final.
Jinchuriki are not allowed to be part of a specialized clan.
All special characteristics possessed by jinchuriki apply with your
special characteristic limit. They also cannot be removed from your
character.
