Hair: Mainly white with a light tint of sky blue. His hair appears to be damp though it is not wet. Tisaka's hair is also very thin and soft allowing it to flow with the wind easily.
Eyes: The iris' of Saka's eyes are a shade of grey with a hint of blue. They come off as rather dead making it hard for others to read his emotion at the time. They are hardly open to the point where he looks tired or focused. He has a cold look that comes off as arrogant sometimes.
Skin: His skin is very smooth and comes off with a fine tanned colour. There really isn't anything special to it.
Scars: Tisaka's body remains unscathed from the horrors of war. He uses his superior mindset and tactics to avoid being touched. It is said that no one has ever laid a finger on the male in battle.
Voice: Tisaka speaks very clearly with an assured voice. It is smoothly toned, yet still light. The male hardly ever speaks, but does when he feels fit to spread his idea.
Apparel: The male wears nothing more than a Black jumpsuit. The electricity from Tisaka's Lightning nature chakra travels through the fabric of his suit alternating the colour and making it come off as a Grey/Blue tone.
Personality: Tisaka remains calm at all moments in time. Doubt has never entered the males mind, though he is at the same time not arrogant. Tisaka is wise and will never place himself in a situation that he knows he stands no chance in. He may at moments, come off as cold and harsh when speaking his mind, but in actuality, he holds no grudges against any being.
Background:
A former orphan of Kumogakure, Tisaka's mother died while she was giving birth to him, his father executed for a crime he did not commit. With Tisaka being the only witness, no one belived him for he was only five years old. Ever since then Tisaka had a thirst for truth. Living it, spreading it, and most importantly proving it espesially when he can. With this in Saka's mindset he began to isolate himself from most other beings. His skills of perception were unusually high and he could notice things that other people couldnot. Tisaka went off into the forest of the lower parts of the mountains of the Hidden Cloud Village.
He began to train everyday in and out for he had excess time to do this, having no home or anything. This is what caused Saka to come out so quiet and observant. He never had a grudge against the cloud, it just made him alter his view; the execution of his father. As time passed on and age became more, Saka decided that he test his skills and decided to join the Lightning Village's Academy. He easily passed the Chuunin exams and was supposed to become a Jounin, but with his sense of judgment and observation, he decided that he wait abit longer. This is the reason he is 16 and still a chuunin despite his exceptional skill set.
After being noticed by the 6th Raikage due to their similar ideal's and way of observation, Saka became close with him. Never disregaurding the 5th Raikage Kagem, he gained more of a close relationship with Nue, the 6th Raikage. Nue made it that his best friend Jinchi, the Eight-Tails host keep watch over and train Saka. He then became close friends with this man as well as with both Raikage. Light Release: A kekkei genkai gained through mastery of Lightning Style Chakra. By releasing Lightning Nature mixed with personal Chakra Saka creates pure light. When mixed with Fire Nature (he will get this as time progresses) the light becomes a direct source of heat.
Jutsus (Jounins start with 8, Chuunins with 5 and Genins with 3):

Your character starts with the following jutsus that do not contribute to his/her starting jutsu count:
1- Bunshin no Jutsu: A technique that allows the user to create a set of illusionary clones in the area.
2- Kawarimi no Jutsu: A substitution technique that if used effectively
can limit the amount of damage your character can receive.
1. Chidori - A large amount of concentrated Lightning Nature Chakra wraps around Saka's hand. He can then slice through or impale objects at will. Chidori has many variations such as Chidori Nagashi, Chidori Senbon, Chidori Sharp Spear, etc. These varionts will be detailed in battle.
2. Lightning Clone - This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environmentdue to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.
3. Lightning Release: Static Sphere - Saka creates an orb of Lightning that hovers near him/her. When released the ball of lightning is launched at its target in a high speed. The static of the orb expands on contact for it explodes releasing a concussive wave and high heat induced static. This technique can obliterate an object with direct contect, leave brutal burns, or stun a living object momentarily.
4. Light Release - Heavens Lantern: By focusing a fixated amount of chakra in the chest Saka is able to release a massive brightness from his body, illuminating his vicinity up to Fifteen meters in all directions. This jutsu blinds foes if they look into it. The jutsu also acts as a sonar in order for Saka to detect the whereabouts of his enemy or anything else for that matter within the rays range.
5. Forbidden Technique - Focal Lightning Tip: A concentrated source of Lightning Nature Chakra in the tips of Saka's fingers. This Chakra can be released at excess amounts allowing for a bolt of Lightning to shoot out on contact, or allowing static paralysis, stopping motion and cutting off supply of Chakra.
