Jirou "Raillery" Yotsuki

Appearance: Simple. Think simple; The opposite of simple. Jirou stands solid at
the height of five foot eight inches (5'8'') and his slimming weight of a huundred and forty three pounds hugs his body tightly. Given muscle ways more than fat and Jirou has seemingly none of the compound on his body you can imagine that he is incredibly thin. Though his skinnieness is on the extreme side it is not to the point of sickness as he maintains his body healthily. His arms and legs seem to match his height and as such he doesnt seem to be lanky or to compact ergo his overal body structure seems to be normal if not a bit skinny and muscular. His skin seems to have been dipped in white eggshell paint and dried extrememly quickly; its extremely pale and has no unnatural blemishes or textures. Heigene matters to this Shinobi so he won't be found dirty or smelly or with long fingernails or anything but a full set of shinny white teeth for that matter. His hair comes down to just above his ears on the side of his head where his bangs hang down below his mouth yet in contrast the back of his hair is cut short. The color of his head of hair is a dirty blonde that seems to have a tint of red through out it. Jirou's eyes seem to be the most prominent feature on his body outside of the seal located on his back left shoulder blade. His eyes are a dark and dominant blue. The iris of his eye is thin well the blackness of his pupil seems small, making the white of his eyes seem more salient than the rest of his eye.

Jirou has one set of clothing that he wears and washes daily, regardless of its condition. The uppermost part of his outfit is multi-layered. The bottom being skin tight longsleeve black shirt made of a type of thin protective and durable cloth. The cloth doubles as an armor that protects or lessens the damage done by shurkien or kunai and other small arms. Over his longsleeve plain black shirt he wears a black vest similiar to those that the ninja from the land of lightning wear. The top right of the vest is missing and instead of the vest covering his whole right shoulder it extends from the top of his ribs on the right side of his body, over to his left shoulder. This allows him to be more flexible and quick with his right arm, as that is his dominant hand. His vest features the Yotsuki clan on its back in a plain white threading, though other than pockets containing basic ninja equipment the vest has no other special qualities. The final piece of top wear that Jirou wears is a baggy black hoodie, usually worn with the hood down, that he wears to try and keep from being outright noticed as a ninja, though this often is to little avail given his chakra. For pants Jirou wears simple black jeans with similiar protective cloth as that of his longsleeve shirt. The pants seem to be similiar to that of cargo pants with the baggy style and pockets locatd on the sides of them, half way down the legs. These pants are decorated with intricate threading on the right leg. The threading is all white, the same color as the Yotsuki crest on the back of his vest, and has the name "Nibi" located running vertical down his right pant leg. The only other element of his attire are the black ninja jika-tobi he wears; made from silk and cotton.

Personality: To say that Jirou is not a social person would probably be the first thing one says when talking about him. He is not known to be casual with his tongue or to offer his opinion on matters brought up around him; Raised on the
motto "speak when spoken to" To offer a contradiction, when Jirou can being found in one of those rare moments of discussion he speaks in a rather flat tone seemingly lacking emotion. The words he speaks generally come in short facts and statements rather than opinions and if he does speak in paragraphs he has been known to carry an essence to his words, an essense of raillery. His flat tone often causes the jests and jokes he makes to go by unnoticed, leaving those around him clueless to the insult or judgement he cast upon their heads.
Jirou now goes by the nickname of Raillery after reading about the word and enjoying the humour it brought to him. He finds himself reading constantly and further more finding interest in things like emotions, poetry, and tragedy. He likes the complicated things in life and such despises those who he deems 'simple.' This makes it rather difficult for Jirou to get a long with people. He is not known to be social, he will insult you for the pettiest of reasons, and being such a complicated elitist it is easy for people to dislike him.
Elitist. Another way to partially define a fragment of who the young man Jirou Yatsuki is. To put it simply he finds himself "better-than-you." Period. He doesn't need you or anyone else to know his self-worth. His new found confidence, or as some say arrogance, is new to him. Something he hadn't developed until after his betrayal of his former nation. Like a lot of the personality traits Jirou posses this is something he read about and incorporated into his persona.
Jirou is fake. Completely and utterly everything about his personality other than his lust for chaos and control is a falsity developed by him to seem more complicated. A real life is what Jirou wants, something without his thirst for chaos and the need to disrupt; he wants freedom from his burden. So he has created a new Jirou, a Jirou who seems to be as everybit human as those around him. So as he finds things that interest him greatly, different characteristics, qualities and attributes he incorporates him into the person he wants to be.
Most importantly to understand about the real personality beneath Jirou is his desire and lust for chaos, disruption, destruction, and at the exact same time; the release of these things all at the same time. His need and want for these things grew from him since the first time his Biiju released itself inside him, these needs never stopped growing. These true intentions will be voiced by Jirou though he speaks about his moral corruption so casually one often mistakes them for his usual raillery. The wants of the Biiju dominate his life on the forefront, but his need for freedom is the number one thing that keeps Jirou alive, moving foreward to find a way to retain the power he has while becoming a normal shinobi like those he sees track him down, the same shinobi he sees weep and cry when he slaughters their friends. He envies that; the ability to care for someone.

Background: As time comes and passes generations of shinobi do the same. One generation is born as the previous fall to age or more honorably, in battle. One generation can be great politician who bring peace and keep their corruption behind the scenes while others give birth to tyranical lords who only desire bloodshed and destruction. One thing is certain however, all that starts must have an end. So now, a hundred years after The Fourth Great Shinobi War even when the dust of battle has cleared long ago and threat of the Akatsuki has faded, the cycle of life never stops. New politicians, new farmers and more importantly, new shinobi; are always born.
The Fourth Great War was gone but far from forgotten. Some landscapes were still scarred by past battles, some countries still had grudges and some shinobi carried the pain of their ancestors like a burden. Yet the Great War didn't only give birth to bad things, no, there was good. War made money, war made a reputation, war built fear and war had been generous to the people of the Yotsuki clan. When called upon by the Fourth Raikage the Yotsuki had been proven to be great warlords who had risen to glory in face of the White Zetsu army. Though this war had now passed, the clans status had only continued to elevate. Living off the spoils of war the Yotsuki's population had grown and now there was a considerable amount of Shinobi in the Kumogakure who's great grandfather's beared battle scars. The Yotsuki were known for three things; Speed, Loyalty, and Kenjutsu. Their speed some say was a direct decendant from the god of lightning himself; Their loyalty was the only way you could compare a Noble Yotsuki to a dog; and their swordsmanship was held as a goal to reach by other clans around the world. The Yotsuki thrived.
The Yotsuki clan consisted of three inner groups; The Kizoku who are a more noble class of the Yotsuki, those who control everything inside the clan and all of its foreign affairs, the politicians. Then there are the Arashi; those who are born with the sole purpose of becoming a shinobi. The rest of the population of the Yotsuki served simply as a general public, doing what they could to serve the clan; farming. The politicians. The Shinobi. The Farmers.
The Yotsuki live on the edge of Kumogakure by a large flowing river. The river acted and mountains to the North and West acted as a defense from any enemies coming that way while the rest of Kumogakure rested to the South East. They were, in a sense, securely place at a great defensive position from all shinobi surprise attacks. The problem came from an attack of non-shinobi nature. The Mighty and lightning fast two tailed best burst through the defenses of the Yatsuki and began wreaking insurmountable damage. The Yotsuki where far from ready for this and even with The Arashi, the Yotsuki's loyal shinobi, the gathered defense effort was useless, that is until the Raikage himself along with a few select ninja and the sealing team showed up. The battle raged for hours and the outcome of the Two Tails arrival had been debated being a great or terrible thing. Dozens of the Yotsuki were dead. High elders of the clan were engulfed in the destruction while other Yotsuki clanspeople where crushed in the debree. The Arashi lay in ruin loosing countless numbers and a handful of its strongest shinobi. The Yotsuki had gone from a clan on its way to on the same level of the great Konoha clans to being spiked back down into being the once unknown and ruined people their ancestors, before the war had been. Yet just like the Great Fourth War, from the darkness; Strength is born.
The Raikage had selected a newborn of the Yotsu clan to have the demon sealed away in him. The boy was seemingly a perfect selection. Both of his parents were dead; his father being backstapped in a literal sense to be removed from his council seat, and his mother slain after givin birth as the sacrifice needed to seal the Tailed Beast.. The boy had been preselected to be a Arashi shinobi untill being bestowed this curse. Now with more knowledge of the weapon the Kumogakure could possess the young Raikage decided to have the boy trained from as early as possible to be made into the Kumogakures own personal weapon.
Given the Yotsuki had been selected to train them they also decided to name him as a group. The elders had decided to name to the boy Yatsuki Jirou. They had planned to raise the boy to be the epitome of the Yotsuki. Emphasis was stressed to the men selected to train Jirou that he should always be loyal to the Land of Lightning first and the Yotsuki second.
His training at an early age wasfocused more on Kenjutsu and Taijutsu than it was on Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. Though he recieved basic instruction in these areas it was his hand-to-hand and swordsmanship that was stressed thoroughly. There was an emphasis on speed as well, given that the Yotsuki were known most for there swordplay and insurmountable speed. The boys heritage helped greatly given he had now come from three straight generations on shinobi with his father being the only skip in the line. Another thing that helped Jirou's early training was he was instructed by the best ninja pair in all of Kumogakure, or at least the best from the Yotsuki clan.
It wasn't until his teenage years that the Two-Tails started to make it's presence known. He had been raised up until the age of nine without incident, without issue. He was calm, collected and obediant for his teachers. He never slacked off, never got angry, he was stoic in carrying out directions. Until the beast flaired inside him. Trying to use a simple water training excersize he lost control for less than thirty seconds. The forest area he was training in was soaking wet and one of the instructors that had been watching over him had been impaled through the gut with a sword. Jirou's sword. After that day more cautions had been taken. Where before the boy had been treated like a pupil to all of Kumogakure he was now what he was meant to be, a weapon. The instructors he had grown up with seemingly dissapeared over night and new one arrived, new more cruel teachers who didn't allow breaks, who didn't allow the boy to laugh or cry or take his time. All semblance of a childhood had been ripped from his childhood. Jirou blamed the beast inside him.
In his teen years after becoming a Chunin, Jirou found it increasingly difficult to hold down the temptations and persuasions of the Twin Tails. Deep within him was the need to be used. A need to be active. A need to kill, and destroy and release the demon energy inside him. The more he fought the more these emotions siezed him, to the very root of his soul. He felt not as if the Biiju was getting free but instead becoming fused to his soul. His chakra didn't seem to be conflicted, it seemed to be changing. Deep Inside the boy the Biiju was thirsty for chaos and his influence was great. It showed through; In battle there was no mercy, teammates were pawns, and his only loyalty; the only thing Jirou knew, was Kumogakure.
As he took missions one after the other it was obvious that Jirou was meant to work alone. He showed no other motive than completing his assigned direction and though this meant accomplishing the mission, it did little to preserve his teamates. His swiftness in combat was to eliminate his enemies, no to protect. If he was ordered by the teams Jonin to help his teamates, they would be left to die. After both of his squad mates were murdered in battle Jirou had been asigned to work with just his Jonin a team. This soon lead to his unofficial movement to being a Jonin. He now served what his purpose was, a weapon. For years he remained a weapon. Honing his skills of combat, honing his jutsu, and practicing control over his Jinchuriki. He was still unable to use any of its abilities, unable to speak with it, unable to hone in on anything other than the Beasts Chakra itself, given, it flowed through him naturally. Practice control over the thing that his nation leashed; himself.
As time passed Jirou was needed less and less. As Kumogakure was growing towards the top, they needed less assassinations, the S-Rank missions stopped
coming. The then seventeen year old ninja lacked purpose and when you lack
purpose, you look to the past. Jirou for the first time felt lonely. A feeling he didnt understand, he had always been 'alone'. It was a colder world as a ninja, but even colder when your only friend rests on your hip. Jirou speant his time researching his past and the past of his clan the Yotsuki, he researched about the Biiju and their origin, about other Jinchuriki. Jirou became a collection of data. In his studies he learned of emotions. Jirou truly didn't understand them. He was a murderer, that was it. The one emotion he felt wasn't anger, no it was lust. The desire for chaos, for flames to engulf the world. He read and realized this was because of the Biiju named Nibi that lived inside of him. He read that loyalty was a quality. He read and he thought he understood. As he read more and more he felt. And now that he felt he had soomething new inside him. Want. Now he felt this, an emotion similiar to that of desire, similiar to that of the need he felt for chaos, he knew what he wanted; Freedom.
The more he researched the more emotions he felt. Anger, Pain, Distrust, Distgust, and Anticipation. He felt the Anger of the Yotsuki for how his clan was simply used and tossed aside like rag dolls. He felt pain for the way the nation had used his people to capture the Biiju inside of him. He felt his distrust extend to those around him and those in command of him. He felt disgusted by the way he let them control him into not using the Biiju inside him, how the plotted his life as a tool. He felt the anticipation bubble inside him, fueled by the demon, an anticipation for what Jirou planned to do about it.
Jirou waited until the country called upon him again, waited until they needed him. When he was sent him on a mission to kill the nations enemy, he betrayed the Lightning nation for the way they used him. He used a single kunai on the other Jonin that accopanied him. Yet the way he carved the body extensively leaving a message in the mans blood must have angered the Raikage because it wasn't longer than three nights before his first set of victims as a S-Rank Missing Ninja began. Jirou "Raillery" Yotsuki was now a Jinchuriki on the run.

1-Bunshin no Jutsu: A technique that allows the user to create a set of illusionary clones in the area.
2- Kawarimi no Jutsu: A substitution technique that if used effectively
can limit the amount of damage your character can receive.
3-Wind Release; Dust cloud Technique:This technique creates a stream of high-velocity wind containing dust particles, capable of decimating anything caught in it in only a matter of moments. The completed technique is directed through vertically overlapped hands that are placed in front of the user's mouth after forming the necessary hand seal.
4-Wind Release: Violent Wind Palm:A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.
5-Lightning Release: Lightning Beast Running Technique:By manipulating lightning chakra into their hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a hound. The hound remains connected to the user's hand, allowing them to control it during its attack. In Jirou's case the beast that is created resembles Nibi, the Twin-Tails.
6-Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder:This technique allows the user to create a wave of electricity from their hands. The user can vary its power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water technique.
7-Water Release: Tearing Torrent:This technique creates water that spirals in the user's hand which fires at a high speed towards the enemy. The overall amount of water formed is large enough to help extinguish even large-scale fire release techniques.
8-Water Release: Rising Water Slicer:This jutsu will create a fast jet of water running through the ground that is powerful enough to slice through solid rock. The attack is prepped by summoning natural water either underneath the user or in a wall or other hidden place. Usually shot in a single direction at a high velocity. Once a gyser of water is fire it cannot change direction.
