Red Lighting: A technique cast from the user right eye. This attack allows the user to create an ephemral Blacklighting that Shocks the person with an intense power with eventaully would stop the oppents heart resaullting into death not even a Lighting chakra user can take it head on, this technique is said to counter amaterasu and is double the power of black lighting.

Lighting Feild: This is a genjutsu cast from the users left eye, it causes the victim to feel extremely tight as thin wire wrappes aroung the oppent tightly makeing him not able to move and a powerful wave of thunder attacks the oppent hurting them really badly, during this they so much pain they are and unable to move and possiably pass out.

RaiTenshi (Lighting Angel): It creates a gigantic, spiritual Yellow angel warrior being that surrounds and protects the user geing a deffenceive monover it can also send's red lighting and swing its sword for offence its the same hight of itachi susanoo

rai is a blood thirsty killer but smart ninja he is always thier when his comrades need him but gets annoyed quickly When he qets mad he turns into his villanace persona and is only objective is to kill he is also he exceallent sensory type ninja he is so skilled he can detect his oppents by placeing his pointer and middle fingers one the ground,but he dose have a likelyness to say the words "Fuck you''or"screw you" alot but in all Rai is a great shinobi in all.


Appearance:
A handsome young man standing a 4'10 wearing a white headband with the Kirigaure forehead protecter sewed on ,that conceals his imbarassing scar, which is placed on his forehead and has a purple iris. His eyes are Gold (Shiny yellow), with an angular and slightly slanted shape, giving him a very sinister look in the beginning of the series.Living up to his classic villainous persona, he usually dresses entirely in black. He wears a long black cloak-like jacket with a white loutsu sign in the middle with a mask covering his mouth(with a white collar) and black pants tucked into black boots. He wears a black (and sometimes pale blue) undershirt under the jacket.He has naturally spiky dark black hair with a blueish tint and white highlights in the front. Despite his small size, he has a lean muscular build to him. Before mastering the Dragon of the Darkness Flame (a special Dark release ninjutsu), he kept his right arm covered in bandages and bindings to keep the dragon from escaping. After gaining full control over it, a dragon tattoo now covers the arm and is visible when the bandages are removed Ace carries Two sword all shareing one sword case simalaire to killer b






bio:
When Rai was born in the sound village, he was kidnapped by Orochimaru. Doing DNA tests on newborn babies, Orochimaru wanted to try something different. By summoning all the chakra of the third raikage into a vile that would make its power stronger, he made the demon Raiton. Rai was the only child left, the rest had dies. Rai was forced to inhale that chakra, thus giving him the demon witch produced the legendary black lighting. Orochimaru knows that the demon is pure chakra.

The Tenshi clan was killed in a great war against a different nation. Rai's parents had gone with the war, thus making him an orphan. Within two years, Rai had found a group called the seven swordsmen of the mist, and an old man kindly took him in. Without a slight resemblance of a soul, Rai has learned to forget the sadness of his tragic life after this his was forced to Steal food and survive off of that he latered inrolled in the academy and became a genin of the Kirigakure at the age of ten.

During his training he found a summoning scroll with the contract of an raven he signed it and began to practice his jutsu every day he kept at hit until one day he finaly collapesed and woke up sevral hours later he would look around scratching his head then got up and countine after three weeks rai finaly completed the jutsu in his accomplishment he decided to go on a journey for a while he packed everything he needed to survive water,food,kunai's.

Threw out his journey he made many new friends and learned many new jutsu one day Rai was walking against a abandon road as he sensed a weird presentce he looked around he dropped his book bag and opened his mouth uttering the word "show Yourself'' ten ninja sprang out of the tree's rai got read as he reached with his right hand and gripped his katana Leaping in the air cutting the first two rouge straight threw thier ribs rai would smile as he landed and charged a another rouge rai would stop as they surronded him rai would chuckle as he spread his body apart '' Chidori Stream"Lighting would begin to scatter every where killing the last eight rouge shinobi he walked towards his bag picking it up and countineing his travels

When rai was leaveing the village he was attacked by Danzo him and danzo battled it out but at the end rai one obtaining his left eye sharingan and kept it for later purposes during the battle rai unlocked his blood line kekkei genkai none as arashi he carefully mastered it at the age of seven teen as he went back to the Kirigakure he saw a evil lair that was abandon with he discovered the edo tensi scroll to preform the ninjutsu he simply took it and countined his way home to discover the 8th mizukage was crowned.After three mounths he became a member of the seven swords men of the mist.

During his time in the swordsmen he notice he was the shortest member that ever joined Rai Obtained the legendary Kubikiribocho threw out his time in the group he fought countless oppents even his older brother Tsuchi Tenshi in the battle he gave it his all but at the end they both fainted luckly Rai woke up frist and cut him in half with his kubikiribocho as he returned in the kirigakure in a bloody mess.After two weeks Rai was premoted from Chunin to hunter nin.



Jutsu:

~Hidden mist Jutsu:This displacement technique is a speciality of the ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

~Chidori Stream:By releasing the Chidori in every direction, an electrical discharge flows from the user's entire body allowing him to affect multiple enemies. When using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defence. The body of the person touched by the Chidori will misinterpret the Lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves," making its muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage. This attack can also be channelled through the ground to increase the range of the attack.

~Chidori:his technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.

~Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death:come water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. He then directs them to a specific target at high speed, leaping backwards before impact so he doesn't get caught in the crossfire While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route

~Lighting barrier:The user can extend thier arms and opein thier palms as a powerful lighting sheild forms protecting the user.

~Lightning Release: Black Panther~
This technique creates a substantial amount of Black Lightning which takes the form of a panther-like creature that seems to emanate from the user's own body. It can be used to affect multiple victims at once by electrocuting them. Like various other Lightning Release techniques, the potency of this ability can be increased through the application of water.

~Liger Bomb:Rai grabs his opponent and lifts them high into the air. Then, using his extreme strength, he smashes them head first onto the ground in what resembles a powerbomb manoeuvre. This is devastating enough to shatter a large area of the ground itself on impact As powerful lighting surges threw his body

~Water Release: Water Hardened Drill:The user makes the water under the enemy explode, launching them into the air. Then the user jumps above the enemy and creates a large water drill around his arm, striking the enemy with it and creating a large water explosion.

Good job However I also know someone that has a really good premise behind how he uses black lightining and flames and hes probably going to join the forum. I know its cool and all but why black lightning.. Why doesn't someone have a green flame ability ? That would be cool xD. But Noooo. Anyway I approve just not of your kekkei genkai.
