Personality: Mikka is as Emotionless as a Grain of Rice, although, sometimes you can tell when she happy or Trying to help. She never smiles, and if/when she does, she does it when Only That person can see it.

Background: Mikka was Born and Raised as An Anbu Black Ops. When she was 8, she was adopted by the Previous Tsuchikage. Even though she was young, she still had no Emotions. As she was Growing up, People started to Believe she was The Living Dead or a Demon because Her Eyes Looked Demonic to some people, and To others they were The Eyes of Someone who had Just been Stabbed thru the Heart, and pierced 300 times in random places. In School, Children, Mostly Girls, Stayed away From Mikka as if she was some Disease. The Only People to accept her were some boys in class, whom thought she looked cool, and her Family. When School was Let out, she would go into the Forest and Train with a Bamboo sword. When it was dinner time, her brother, Himaku, would come and get her. When she was mad because she couldn’t get a move right, she’d usually throw the sword at her brother and Attempt to Trip him on their way back home.

When Mikka turned 14, she was back in the Anbu Black Ops. The Next year, she became the 3rd Ranked out of the Top 12 in the Anbu Black Ops. That was the Same Year Her Brother Became the New Tsuchikage. And yes. Now that they were both Older, Mikka has attempted to kill him for being Perverted and Stupid in his own ways. The Sword she uses is what she was given when she was 12. The Head of The Black ops told her that it was her Great Grandfathers, and that he had died in the Great Shinobi War 100 years ago. You can tell that she loves this sword because she Always has it with her. Speaking of Swords, Mikka is also One out of the Few Samurai’s that are in The Anbu Black Ops.

Currently, Mikka is going thru a Phase in Which she has a Thirst for Blood, But she only Shed’s Blood of those who attack her. The People she kills are People that attack her because they believe she is a Demon or a Walking Corpse. Unlike most Samurai, Mikka is one of those who don’t Shed Blood without Reason. What Mikka Truly wants, however, is To Go Face to Face with The Best Swordsman of The Akatsuki, and so during her Missions, she also asks around for Someone Who Carries a Sword and Wears a Black Coat with Red Clouds.

Land of Origin: Iwagakure

Shinobi Level: She is a Samurai, not a Ninja. But if she was, she would Most likely be Jounin.

Chakra Elemental Affinities: Water

Kekkai Genkai/Bloodline Limit: She Doesn’t Know if she has one since she never knew who her Real Family was.

Jutsus:
1- Bunshin no Jutsu: A technique that allows the user to create a set of illusionary clones in the area.
2- Kawarimi no Jutsu: A substitution technique that if used effectively
can limit the amount of damage your character can receive.
3- Mizu no chēn: This Jutsu can only be Performed By Water. (And yes, you can use it where there are plants because there is Water in Plants.) The Water forms Chains and Grabs the Enemy, wrapping it around wherever the User wants. The Chains Then Pull the Person into hold, sort of like a Sitting Position, so the user can attack. This Jutsu used to be used for Executions; however, Mikka can only hold the Jutsu for 7 minutes, tops. (Note: When the Chain breaks, it just Reforms and Grabs the Enemy again.)
4- Ekitai Tsubasa: Water comes up from the Ground and/or Lake/Sea and takes the form of any Sword/Katana/Spear. It’s Handy to Mikka because if someone knocks her Katana out of her hands, she can just make a new one.
5- Mizu no saegi: This Jutsu can be used defensively and offensively. Defensively – The Water wraps around the User to protect the User from the Enemy’s attack. Offensively – A Barrier wraps around the Enemy, Trapping them. The Bubble may also fill up with water, suffocating the enemy.
6- Hidden Jutsu; Shōshitsu suru: The User disappears and Reappears somewhere else.
7- Iyashi no bakudan: A Move that Heals All Allies within the Area.

More depth about you using chakra as a samurai instead of a ninja would be a bit more of an exception and would further establish your character. Though you did a really good job. ^_^
