Hair: Due to the Green tint of Nue's skin the reflective light redirects off of his hair giving it too the same colour tint though his hair is naturally Black. It appears to have streaks of these two colours blended. Nue's hair is always down dead unless he is emmitting electricity from his body, which in turn forces his hair to rise, due static electricity.

Eyes: In the battle between Nue and the Hidden Cloud's Jinchuriki, (Written in the Scars section) the eight tails host released it's cloak and chakra began spreading everywhere in it's natural Red colour. Nue thought if he could use his Chakra Aborption Technique then he could use the gathered energy to overpower the Jinchuriki, what ended up happening was a merging of the two Chakra. Nue has within himself his own fixed amount of Eight Tail's chakra. This has allowed for a drastic change in all Human aspects. One minor change being the colour of his eyes. They are as the Tailed-Beast chakra is; Red.

Skin: Due to a fortified shield of amour around the body of Nue his skin comes off as a different tone then it actually should. With enough focus, time and effort Nuw found a way to merge his Glass Style Jutsu with his his actual body allowing for a much more durable layer of skin. The reflective properties of the glass in the skin of Nue take in the energy of his chakra and rapid surges of electricity due to his Lightning Nature type giving off a Sea Green tint. When one touches the skin of Nue they feel a very odd Glass like texture as if there were no grip, and at the same time a static pulse.

Scars: It is said that as a younger child Nue held his own against one of the Jinchuriki weilders of the Hidden Cloud Village. The Eight tails beast began going berserk and Nue battled with its owner untill it ended at Nue's loss. Though he lost recieving a large gash like scar on his back, a punctured chest (which comes off as a large burn) and several scars on the legs, Nue held his own as a mere child and was rewarded greatly when he regained stability.

Voice: Nue's tone in always calm. He has trained himself to the point that no one can tell a mood through his voice when he speaks unless he is intentionally allowing one to read his emotions through his voice. Nue speaks very fluently because of the simple fact that he thinks before he speaks.

Apparel: It is unknown why, but prefered by Nue himself that he dress the way he does. The only thing on the male's body is a regular set of Ninja pants. These pants are Black and lined with a fine Green tint. The belt holding them to his waist Gold. The pants start off thin but gain more room as they go further down the leg until slightly below the knee they tighten back up to stop at that very location. His torso is bare and his feet are as well.

Inventory: Nue has a special item in which he is able to summon from the "Parallel Universe" which he created himself through his own Glass Release technique. A Black tinted Rod of steel that is pure Glass embeded with chakra making its durability just that of Steel itself. The sword looks like a rod that has been shaped into a blade. There is no guard but it is noticeable where the blade stops and the hilt starts. The hilt is rather long and has 5 holes lodged within it. Nue is capable of using jutsu with this particular weapon in hand.

Personality: Quiet, calm and observant. Though Nue is only 17 he is an exeptionally skilled ninja having a Kekkei Genkai of his own stature. He could be a goof, but known how not to be. Nue's mood changes depending on who is surrounding him, meaning his personality may alter slightly at given times.

Likes: A good challenge

Dislikes: Persistent beings.

This is the most difficult part when creating your sheet. Ingenuity is
welcome but please do not go overboard, else your sheet will be
rejected.
Your character starts with the following jutsus that do not contribute to his/her starting jutsu count:
1 - Bunshin no Jutsu
2 - Kawarimi no Jutsu

1. Lightning Release: Static Sphere - Nue creates an orb of Lightning that hovers near him/her. When released the ball of lightning is launched at its target in a high speed. The static of the orb expands on contact for it explodes releasing a concussive wave and high heat induced static. This technique can obliterate an object with direct contect, leave brutal burns, or stun a living object momentarily.

2. Lightning Release: Lightning Clone - This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environmentdue to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.

3. Chidori - A large amount of concentrated Lightning Nature Chakra wraps around Nue's hand. He can then slice through or impale objects at will. Chidori has many variations such as Chidori Nagashi, Chidori Senbon, Chidori Sharp Spear, etc. These varionts will be detailed in battle.

4. Earth Style: Tearing Earth Turning Palm - This technique causes the ground surrounding the enemy to spiral inwards on itself, burying them alive or crushing them completely leaving their corpse buried deep.

5. Fire Style: Ash Pile Burning - The user spews a stream of chakra infused gun-powder ash from their mouth, which surrounds the region. As the gunpowder is composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud. After surrounding the enemy with the ash, the user can ignite it with a flint placed on their teeth beforehand to create a spark, resulting in a violent explosion, burning the enemy.

6. Glass Style: Transparency - By bending the light around the users Glass layered skin he/she becomes transparent. This ability is better known as "Glass Style: Chameleon Technique".

7. Summoning Technique: Mirror Wall - This technique can be used in two different manners, reflection or absorption. The giant mirror wall rises from the ground casting a reflection of whatever is headed in it's direction. The Mirror depending on the purpose of its summon can either Reflect a projectile sending it flying back at the summoners will of direction, or it can absorb the incoming attack completely trapping it within. Trapped items can be seen through the mirror in its parallel universe. If an attacker collides with the mirror head on they can either be expelled backwards and paried completely or they can be warped into the mirror itself. Nue can also control what enters and exits the mirror.

8. Forbidden Jutsu - Glass Style: Static exposure - By releasing a growing wave of static throughout the air Nue can use his forbidden technique. The jutsu mixes minerals/sand particles from his Earth style that raise into the air with the static produced from his body. This creats an instant Glass for when heated sand becomes glass. The move activates when a static is touched. When contact is made the static turned into Glass and latches onto whatever the object was that made contact with the static. The glass is extremely durable and the technique traps the target inside where in turn Nue uses his chakra manipulation to force the glass to lacerate the object inside from head to toe.

Thing that has me as a con is the glass ability. I'm curious to know how you can create glass in the first place. Water and wind can be a way but they are like crystal mirrors with reflections. Fire and Sand = glass. I dunno maybe I didn't read your CS really well but what I did read, I didn't see anything about how you can control or even form glass. Information about that should have been provided in kekkai genkai details. To be honest I didn't discribe mine really well on my charecter sheet too but I'm sure everyone basicly gets the gist of it. Need to know premise on how.

Fulgurites (from the Latin fulgur meaning thunderbolt) are natural hollow glass tubes formed in quartzose sand, or silica, or soil by lightning strikes.[1] They are formed when lightning with a temperature of at least 1,800 °C (3,270 °F) instantaneously melts silica on a conductive surface and fuses grains together; the fulgurite tube is the cooled product. This process occurs over a period of around one second, and leaves evidence of the lightning path and its dispersion over the surface. Fulgurites can also be produced when a high voltage electrical distribution network breaks and the lines fall onto a conductive surface with sand beneath. They are sometimes referred to as petrified lightning. The glass formed is called lechatelierite which may also be formed by meteorite impact and volcanic explosions. Because it is amorphous, fulgurite is classified as a mineraloid. Fulgurites can have deep penetrations, sometimes occurring as far as 15 metres (49 ft) below the surface that was struck.

The tubes can be up to several centimeters in diameter, and meters long. The longest fulgurite to have been found is a little over 4.9 meters in length, and was found in northern Florida, USA. Their color varies depending on the composition of the sand they formed in, ranging from black or tan to green or a translucent white. The interior is normally very smooth or lined with fine bubbles; the exterior is generally coated with rough sand particles and is porous. They are rootlike in appearance and often show branching or small holes. Fulgurites occasionally form as glazing on solid rocks (sometimes referred to as an exogenic fulgurite).

By utilizing this process of natural formation for Glass Nue breaks apart minerals and sand particles from he ground with use of his Earth Element. At the same time releasing his Lightning element chakra to sent the same effect on the sand as natural occurance does, heating and melting it to the point that when it cools down it becomes sand which as stated takes at most One second. By utilizing his chakra and mixing the two elements together at once he is able to form Crystals/Glass and create jutsu with what he has formed. I think I wrote that in the Kage post somewhat, forgive me for leaving that out Tsuchikage, I hope that explains it and that the character is Approved.

Thats very interesting. If your charecter sheet is fully complete then I'm going to have to say approved because you are the first one in.. Unless Amor already gave the possition to someone eles.
