Ok on a good note, I like your detail and enthusiasm on your skills.. But.. Your a bit over powered on [Mudanishinai Shouteki]. Lemme first state that sound in general can not control muscle movement so thats automatically invalid.. Keep it as real yet fantasy as possible..

Secondly your Blood line your may not have more then one eye unless it is given from an person. No being is born with both the blood lines do not class to make three.. Thats just no.. Sorry. You can have your WHite eye and Sharigan but your third set of eyes are gone. A person only has two not three.. So..

The only way to attain both eyes would be to construct the situations through your history. Then for your blood line please put something else, we are trying to keep this as equal as possible. On another Note, Time pause no Justu seems overpowered like past no jutsu seems cool cause it uses touch. Time Pause no jutsu on another hand basically freezes everything without the user having no real way of killing you. It pratically gives them no way to block, evade, anything really and you can't use NPC's cause you basically said it freezes everything so I advise that you change that jutsu also cause it seems very OP.
