The man who so recently claimed the title of Akatsuki leader as his own was traveling just past Taki. He reached the brinks of the small country, seeing water he smirked. The tall male was dressed in the customized heavy seeming robe, black cloaked and spotted with red clouds. His hair fell over the slightly coned neck. His face was hidden from the top of his nose down by this cone, it migrating up as he worked past the pains of large mountains. His blind eyes seemed to gaze as his stepping stopped. His sandal covered feet were being grazed by gentle warm waters.
The blind eyes slowly forming a pupil, his chakra focusing to let him see where he'd be continuing, his focus of Nature chakra wouldn't help him in the water. Not enough to waist that much effort to navigate. Jaraxis began taking steps in the water. He let it climb up his silk panted leg, cooling him off quite a bit, as well cleaning him a bit. He continued to walk, gaining sand on him that was carried by the water he was walking in. After a good amount of time he had ventured deep enough to be soaked neck deep. His grand 6'8 self was nearly fully submerged.
He thought to climb up on the water now, fighting slight waves as he focused chakra to his hands to pull himself up, and to his legs to support himself on top. Standing slowly, looking back for a moment. He had only walked a mile and a half. He sighed, it being near dark already. He had been slowed down more than he thought by the under-toe. He shook his head, getting the water that had gotten on his hair off. Less weight when three feet of hair isn't soaked.

Jaraxis could no longer see land withing a 4 mile radius, all was 6 or more at this point. He was a bit tired, and they sky had blackened with only a giant orb hanging in like. Such as a lantern to guide the man, Jaraxis, was now at his destination. His eyes were like two moons them-self. He let the chakra come back to his body from them, becoming two bright moons. A motivated smile creased his face as he formed two hand seals, first clenching his hands together into the Serpent seal. His body glowing and letting off a strong stage of chakra release. His next one was clapping both hands flat, palm to palm together. His eyes shut and he continued to glow brightly. His chakra was bright enough to see from those 6 mile shores, it being a clear, mist free night.
In moments a white cloud was formed the size of a village it's self. From shores the lights of the moon were blocked, a giant mound of rocks, nearly 600 meters high, and in width the mass of the four sets were about a square mile in diameter. This was an incredibly massive feat, making an island a half mile high, and a mile around. But of course, this wasn't easy. Jaraxis would be lying on top of the mountain, most likely there for the next day or two to rest, exhausting his chakra to little to near none. Surely he'd be proud of him self when he could care. The boy lay flat on his back on a patch of seaweed pulled under his from the water's floor. It's sight from land faded as mist slowly returned to the area. Giving Jara at least a small amount of privacy to rest.
~~~~~~~A few days after resting.~~~~~~~~~~
After sleeping most of two days up, enjoying the sounds of Gauls and other water born birds. So relaxing, yet his body writhing was a nagging pest until mid day yesterday. Jaraxis just became lazy and stayed out to relax. Standing up on the giant stone pillar, looking out at the beautiful tides and waves. He dropped the robe yesterday. Only dressed in his boxers and his tank top, figuring no one would be out there anyways. He stood and stretched, his eyes opening and for a moment widening. Mumbling in a bit of pain "Aw... Damn it.. Sun burn..." His arms, face, and legs were completely covered red. A sigh left his mouth as he began to dress back up, cringing as he put his pants back on and sighing. Forming the Serpent seal and his shadow split into two, and the second one began to stand. The body formed a striking resemblance and physical feeling just as the host of the original shadow. The boody shaped out and became a simple Shadow clone. The being stopped for a moment, eye twitching. It felt the sun burn just as bad as the original, letting out. "What the hell did you do?!"
"I want you to go back to land and get food, don't worry. You know... Hurry, i'm sure we're both starving."The original said. He stretched and began to sit down, forming the tiger seal. Waiting as the carbon copy began to walk, hopping down to the water. The original stayed, focusing for a moment. He was making a mental picture of a forest, heavy trees and leaving a gap in the center that would be the main tower. This was not quite as drastic as creating the initial mountail he stood apon. He walked himself to the center with his eyes shut.
Picturing the place to small details, the trees being pine trees made of steel fragments in the ground with granite. He would wait again for his clone, this would drain him enough for his clone to disappear.
~~~~~~~ A few hours later~~~~~
The clone coming back with no word, setting barrels of stuff down near the original and his chakra base being canceled. The clone falling like a black ink and forming into the barrel's shadow. The male now slapped both hands to the ground. Jaraxis feeling a push on himself, forming the pillars in his head, then spiked poking from them like a cactus. In the center the ground sunk into a giant pit. A hole where he sat sunk about 20 feet. A tower, no rooms just a giant hollowed out rectangle formed. A tower inside of this ring of spikes. Floors and stairs forming, Jara and the barrels sitting in a basement that sunk said 20 feet deep. Stopping for a moment and thinking about the living standards. He smikred and stood slowly. His stomach growling loudly and looking at the barrel. "Humm...."

~~~~Placement : 12 miles North, East of Taki. 6 miles off coast of the water surrounded pan handle of the Earth Country. 7 and a half miles off coast of the old Akatsuki hide out.
