Appearance: Jaraxis is a rather tall, and moderate size at this age. He's about 6 foot and 8 inches around this period. He weighs in around 250 pounds, and all around it's muscle. He's a rather pale person, looking like sun barely touched the skin that baths in it. The eyes on this one are strange. More often covered by bandaging tape, when not two bright silver blind eyes are shown. A blue-ish silver. The male often dresses in a black tank top(More like sleeveless shirt.) And the same often dressed in a solid black or dark blue (Often making him seem paler than he really is.)His hair is long, black and spiky. It's about mid-back length and shaggy(For example like Jiraiya.) His body seems thinner than his irregular physical strength shows.

Personality: Jaraxis is often a happy person, fun loving, and bright. He's never forceful, unless a push is needed. And like always, every good has it's bad. He could often be accused of Multiple persona disorder. His mind is shifted between a stark evil and a gleaming bright side. Often they could be mixed making good intentions for bad purposes.

Background: Jaraxis was born into a clan that is relatively notorious for it's enormous people, it's dark past and the strange mix of Kekkei genkai. Many members of the clan's small village's Ambu force have extremely rare bloodline limits. Jaraxis is the only person in the main bloodline to have two. The Deddomegan as well as a jutsu he was predicted to have. He was gifted a Pandora's box of bloodlines that forced him to be cut off from all Ninjutsu and Genjutu until he was at the clan's coming of age date for the ninja born with this(15 years old). They had released him to this new chakra he had, allied with this putrid chakra that lied within the clan's most infamous kekkei genkai. The said Deddomegan. He grew into a successful ninja over years, the new chakra only increasing that move.
He was often inspired as a young child by stories of a small group of highly acknowledged ninja from long pasts. Tennaaxis (The originator of the clan) was his main inspiration, also getting a sword that was passed solely to the main blood line. More than often there were twins or only two children.

Land of Origin: Jaraxis was raised outside of any big countries, or even any named ones. He lived closest to Konohagakure and eventually defecting and moving himself to the Mizugakure. His mind changed at the age of 19 when he quit a small organization and moved himself into a place of No-man's-land No country currently.

Shinobi Level: Genin (He never got to take the exams, never being in a village long enough to take the exams.)(His rank as of now if he had taken it would most certainly be joinin. Currently ??? Class rouge.)

Chakra Elemental Affinities : Earth ( Wind and Fire)

Kekkai Genkai: Deddomegan (Dead Eye Dojutsu).
This jutsu leaves the user blind when not in use. When it is released, it has up to 4 stages. A fifth stage is unlocked after the user has found his/her path for certain in life. It's goal is to 'see' them to it, no matter what the cost.
Use : The eyes become black and red pupil-ed at the final stage. They allow the user to see nearly 30o$ of 20-20 vision.(No chakra sight or move reading. Just very sensitive and quick reacting.) They also allow the said user to complete Genjutsu in incredible ways. Often only known for Genjutsu, it can release them from a chakra focused blink of an eye. They do take quite a bit of chakra to use that way, but it's somewhat do-able.

Final Stage : 20-20(300% vision length clarity and 150% reaction time.)
As well it raises the chances of Genjutsu working to almost an absolute.
The powers of the Deddomegan give Genjutsu a wider range and closer feels to realisticness. Almost not letting a person see the transition of the real to Genjutsu.
The kekkei genkai holds a bit of a dark side as well. It converts normal chakra to a concentrated, dark, ugly manifestation of chakra. Making all chakra related damage 155%. All the same it drains his chakra at a rate of 120% compared to the average.

Jutsus:
1 : Shadow Clone Jutsu(Black Eagles): A jutsu much like Itachi's Shadow clones(Crow) But not affiliated with any Genjutsu. The body of the clone is a black shadow, not at all featured like the user. It's a solid, living clone and able to take quite a bit of damage. This version either uses actual shadows, or forms a normal shadow clone. The user uses some form of shadow to create a clone, this clone can also seep into other shadows and gain strength. The user can also switch places with the clone, hide in the shadow as the clone fights.
If there are no shadows this is un-able to use, a normal shadow clone will form.

2 : Kadou(Vortex) : This jutsu is an extremely strong fire orb concentration. The user focuses chakra to the arm and it begins to turn a dim red, much like heated metal. A jutsu passed on in his clan for multiple chakra natures. The whole arm(s) of focus become a living volcano, metaphorically.
3 : Shadow Migration : This jutsu uses Chakra infused orbs, small and usualy string to a weapon or area around. It's a small beacon for movement. The user would use to to move from space to space almost instantly. This jutsu was configured from story's of the legendary 4th Hokage.

4 : Summoning (Golem) : The user summons a great sized stone beast. It's often shaped somewhat like a humanoid, and often his last used jutsu. This monster holds little to no weakness. It's incredibly slow, but being neatly 200 meters high and having a 190 meter wind span(arms) there is little it will have troubles with. The small seal on top of the behemoth(Sealed EARTH) is one way to destroy it. It is for the most part a massive puppet with two weapons. Jaraxis controls it with the same method as any other puppet, often straining more chakra though.

5 : Dark Awakening (Genjutsu): The user's blood line, gives the enemy an image as if it were the actual situation, his usual scapegoat out of sticky situations. If the enemy's eyes are closed/clouded it's almost definite that this jutsu will succeed.

6 : Earth Fragmentation : The user forms chakra into the ground, taking each element in it apart. Often using this and naming it 'Diamond Style' because Jaraxis mainly uses Diamond fragments. After he removes them he often uses a jutsu named 'Earth Puppetry' to control them.(Same jutsu that he uses on his Golem)

7 : Earth Puppetry : This jutsu allows the user to control various earth classified items. It's like a puppet made of stone.

8 : (Deddomegan Release) : Dark Chakra : Much like a curse mark, his final stage can destroy chakra and remake it in a more foul, dark way. It becomes slightly more powerful, and makes it much easier to manage.

Ninjutsu/Genjutsu Learned through training :

1 : Kadou(Reverse) : A suction type move, using the same basis as Kadou. His skin turns paler, and occasionally his chakra color turns to it's natural gray state. It absorbs the chakra of what it touches, allowing the user to suck up a chakra element. It allows the user to preform jutsu with that element to the extent of the chakra it absorbs. Limited only by the time he gets to drain the chakra. Taking 5% per 2 seconds.

2 : Dust Style : Particle De-Fragmentation : This jutsu uses the Dust style chakra nature to form a sealed box around the enemy, or chosen item. It being an incredibly strong material, nearly impossible to break. The user rips the enemy apart into particles unsee-able by the human eye, such as 'dust'.

3 : Dust Style : Particle Re-Fragmentation : This jutsu used the Dust style chakra nature to generate particles together into forms, solidifying them into solid objects made of what ever particles are able to be used. A good way to create walls, or even usable things~.

4 : Demonic Resurrection : The user brings up bodies from the dead, sending souls of demons in these bodies rather than reviving the actual person. This jutsu leaves the bodies rather strong and fast, the demon's chakra being in the body instead of the actual person. This jutsu drains 15% chakra per body, the only way of getting rid of them is to remove the seal inside of them, or get the user to remove the jutsu. The seal is often place on the Heart or Brain of the creature, if both the beast becomes stronger, but takes 3% more chakra use.
This jutsu is often used for guarding the Akatsuki Island, or when many team mates are needed.

5 : Chakra Concentration : This jutsu is used as a defensive and offensive tactic, often learned as a Genin or Chunin. Jaraxis uses this to focus to his jutsu. Often he focuses chakra on an item, since he can not throw chakra on it's own he uses it like a target to focus to. Often used like a mine, to expand and explode into a blow, much like a Nuke does, but in a much smaller way. It designates the item it's on over a short period of time, if not let off before it's gone the chakra and the item disappear. Used as a long distance strike.


Weapon(s) :
Fused blade of Tenaaxis : A massive sword used by the war lord Tenaaxis hundreds of years in the past. It's a strongly chakra compatible blade, but extremely hard to lug around(even for Jaraxis). Weighing in at 560 pounds and being 6 foot in length, this is quite the monster of weapons. It's very own chakra is Shuurajou, rejecting others without the main line chakra.

Special Kunai : A kunai with a very thin blade and handle. The small hold at the bottom of each having his Shadow Migration stone. Nothing special aside from that, a basic kunai with some modifications.

Smoke bombs : Small average purple smoke bombs. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Twas a bright day, mid summer in the small village hidden in the grass. It was a few days travel for the giant man. The male, Jaraxis, was walking through a small section of the town, slipping through people shopping and small children playing. Jaraxis was dressed in a heavy black sleeveless shit, slightly covering his shoulders and showing both of his pale arms. They seemed a soft white, same as his face. Both of his eyes showing, his hair spread apart in the middle to let them gaze aimlessly around. The man took a moment and focused a very small amount of chakra to his eyes, his kekkei genkai forming a small pupil so he could see. The black pants he wore were ripped. He hand't noticed that, wondering when that could of happened. Letting gentle tapping of his sandals be a relaxing slow beat to keep him moving.
Jara soon looked up at the sky, seeing crystal clear blue skies and large puffy white clouds. He spoke out gently to himself, muffled to silence by the surrounding sounds of city in a box. "Clouds.. Didn't mom say something.." The low bell rung on a low C seemingly. His mind went off as his feet tapped. Seeing a tailor shop near by and thinking in a quick manner. "She said Akatsuki..." He remembered the stories of the boy who ended a peace seeking group called the Akatsuki. A bit of a flash back popped an image of the people he had as a child, monsters with the robe she described. A black thick cloth with blood red clouds on them. This was a demonic picture to him, even though they weren't as scary as he thought, his imagination made him think they were like him. The tapping steps quit in front of the building and he smirked, walking in slowly, knowing he had a number of people wanting to restore a plan for worldwide gleams of bliss.
He took a moment and sat down on a near by table, thinking of how cool the outfits were, a bit immature for his age. Sketching it out on a small pad and showing the man the plans.
~~~~Later that week~~~~
Returning to the small part of town about four days later and claiming the item. Pulling it over and nodding. "Thank you sir. One step to resurrecting the Akatsuki." He spoke. The man's eyes widened and he shivered a bit, stepping back. He wasn't exactly intimidated by this man, thinking he was a gentle giant. Now thinking this was a re-run of Pain. Jaraxis turned and walked out of the building, and eventually walking through a more ghetto side of this village. With the past potential sound villagers, the thugs. Having this strange robe would make him a threat to them, especially if they were educated on a REAL thug group. The rouge looked at his fellow rebels. His eyes stopped and he shook his head. One man, tall(For the Naruto series) about 5'11 and very strong looking. He seemed like a Jonin as Jara should have been. The guy seemed to be fronting with him, and seemed to be the leader of these guys, quite a strange ordeal. Did he think Jara was challenging him for his gang? Regardless the man was dressed a lot like an Ambu, but more covered. Probably kicked from the group and ran away. He had the Mizugakure headband around his shoulder.
~~~Spreading the word like the plague~~~

The man confronted in a territorial way, pushing on Jara with his elbows, Jara jumping a bit and his straight face turning to a frown. "Sir, please don't do that, I don't want trouble mister.."
"Shouldn't have come to these parts then bucko... Now pass up your cash and split, or we get to pay our dues in blood!" The man said, literally having to look upward at Jara to make eye contact. "Now pass it up, like you said, no trouble~"
"How about.. Not. Just lemme' go and you'll be a bit more fortunate to step back though.. Alrighty?" He spoke almost shyly, seeming scared to an extent.
"Well well... Let's rough him up guys?" The man spoke, turning to them then back to Jara with a look of twisted satisfaction, planning for his enemy to writhe. Enjoy misery of others, maybe that was this man's motive to fight. He took a moment and turned back to the giant. " Well?! What's it gonna' be punk?!" He paused. His eyes were in a bit of terror, a ton of agony and slightly confused. His body was lifted from the ground and he felt warm. The man he apposed had jabbed his arm through the man's chest in the time he turned back. The hand from the back of him was a bright burning metal red.
"Kadou. Checkmate" Jara spoke, ripping his hand back. He had incinerated the thug's heart of contact, leaving him only moments of consciousness. his face went back to straight and and slowly got a smirk to it. "See this kids." He said speaking to 16-18 year olds to 30-40 year old rouges. "This is what violence gets you... I want you all to spread the reformation of the... Akatsuki... Not git. You all have the same fate if I see you around acting like this fool." He said glaring at the body. The moment he looked at it they scattered off, either in fear or for back up. It mattered not, the word was now out. "Akatsuki... Jaraxis of the Akatsuki... It has a ring.. I like it~."

Hmmm, it seems very interesting, so I'd say Approved, of course, someone can step in and say otherwise, I would like a bit more description on the Kekkai Genkai....and more cowbell. Anyways, Approved!
